Kolsch

German-style Kolsch is a beer hybrid, meaning that its production and subsequent beer drinking experience saddles qualities of both lager beers and ale beers. These light and refreshing ale-lager hybrids are perfect for warm summer days and have become a favored style by American craft brewers and beer lovers alike.

Vienna Lager "NABA Gold Medal Winner"

Vienna Lager ranges from copper to reddish brown in color. The beer is characterized by malty aroma and slight malt sweetness. The malt aroma and flavor should have a notable degree of toasted and/or slightly roasted malt character. Hop bitterness is low to medium-low.

Pinkies Up! "Final Project Beer"

A subtle yet captivating brew, Pinkies Up dances on the palate with delicate spice, floral undertones and a whisper of herbal complexity. American Amber Ale

American amber ale is one of the most widely enjoyed styles throughout the United States and serves as a cornerstone style of the American craft brewing revolution. American Amber is darker in color than their pale ale cousins, the presence of caramel and crystal malts lending a toasted, toffee flavor.

Hazy IPA

Emphasizing hop aroma and flavor without bracing bitterness, the Hazy IPA leans heavily on late and dry hopping techniques to deliver a bursting juicy, tropical hop experience. The skillful balance of technique and ingredient selection, often including the addition of wheat or oats, lends an alluring haze to this popular take on the American IPA.

Extra Credit Bitter

The English-style bitter is a very sessionable, lower-alcohol, malt-driven style. The light- to medium-bodied special best bitter is gold to copper in color, with a low residual malt sweetness. Hop bitterness is medium.

Dole-Licious Pineapple IPA

Dole-Licious IPA is a Hazy IPA that has been infused with 100% Dole Pineapple Juice for a tropical flavor and aroma. Made with Skagit Valley Malt and hopped with Chinook and Azacca.

Robust Porter

The Robust Porter features more bitter and roasted malt flavor than a brown porter, but not quite as much as a stout. Robust porters have a roast malt flavor, often reminiscent of cocoa, but no roast barley flavor. Their caramel and malty sweetness is in harmony with the sharp bitterness of black malt.

Smoked Scotch Ale

For you malt fans. The Scotch ale is malty, with a rich and dominant sweet malt flavor and aroma. A caramel character is often part of the profile. Some examples feature a light smoked peat flavor. Skagit Valley Malting’s rich peat smoked malt infuses this sweet medium bodied ale.
