One of our seasonal house brews, this tart and lightly bittered beer is kettle soured with lactobacillus plantarum, brewed with sea salt and freshly crushed coriander, then fermented until it is nice and dry. We add a teeny bit of oak- and lime-infused tequila to give it that distinct margarita flavor. Can be enjoyed on the beach or in the 'burbs! (pH 3.2)

From Baton Rouge, to Bourbon Street, Michael Hood loved everything about his home state of Louisiana. We shared a bunch of Louisiana beers with Mike, but few stand out like Abita's Andygator. We went out and found the original brewer of Andygator, "borrowed" his recipe, and dedicate our version to Mike's memory, his beloved Louisiana State University, and the entire Hood family. Geaux Tigers!
