Mosaic, Citra, and Galaxy hops provide the dominant hop profile of the beer with a pleasantly grapefruit citrus character and just the right amount of bitterness to make this a truly sessionable beer.

English Pub Ale

The classic Irish Stout. We take the tried and true Dry Irish Stout recipe, use barley from the Malting Company of Ireland, English hops and roasted barley and put it on nitro, for an incredibly smooth, roasty, but not burnt beer that drinks great all year.

This is our take on a northern Ireland style of pale lager. We use Malting company of Ireland pale malt, English hops and then cold ferment with Irish Ale yeast. The result is a golden lager has a uniquely smooth taste compared to its German counterparts with a bigger body and bolder taste than American Lagers.

As a tribute to the first beer we ever made at Bewilder, our Anniversary Ale is a very big brother to our ESB. This barrel aged double ESB is everything you want out of a barrel aged beer.

“West Coast PIlsner”. Think of it like a German pilsner, but using American hops that would usually be associated with West Coast IPA. Aroma has some notes of lemon and citrus fruit and a touch of pine resin and hay. Flavor follows suit.

Inspired by the constant evolution of the West Coast IPA style, Gecko Fingers uses all the modern tricks were to layer huge amounts of hop character all over this beer, with heavy handed additions of El Dorado and CTZ throughout the process.

German ingredients and brewing tradition mixed with a heavy hand of newer German hop varieties, Callista, Ariana, and Huell Melon, gives this beer an old world familiarity, with some new world flair!

Smooth rye stout with a big bold flavor. Robust roast character with mild coffee and chocolate cahracter but not overly sweet.

At its core, this style is for beer lovers fascinated by hops. The late hopping, indicative of the NEIPA style, provides the same intense hop experience through flavor and aroma instead of, but not without, mild bitterness. -NABA 2022 Gold Medal Winner!

This is an imperial strength English style porter, with spices reminiscent of Mexican Mole (or Americanized “Molé”) with Chipotle peppers, cinnamon, and cacao, we also added Mexican vanilla, Mulato and Pasilla Negro peppers. For added depth, we also aged the porter in Tequila and Mezcal barrels for 8 months.

A refreshing, medium-alcohol beer with a clean lactic sourness.Dry hopped it with Idaho Gem hops, added copious amounts of cranberry puree, a lot of fresh orange peel, and some cinnamon.

We got our grubby hands on a new USDA hop called Vista, and we just had to make a big juicy IPA with it. This offering from our Brew-Lab IPA series is a 6.5% Juicy IPA featuring Vista hops and a kiss of Sabro, and we reached all the way into our bag of tricks to create a beer that maximized the juicy hop flavors without sacrificing drinkability. It’s got a big silky mouthfeel, with huge notes of candied fruit, coconut, and pineapple. hope you get a chance to try it while it’s around. Limited release.
