A traditional German Schwarzbier. Although it is a very dark beer it is surprisingly smooth, drinkable lager.

This is a mild lager that is lightly hoped and very drinkable. It is the color of hay or straw, hence the name. Lower in alcohol, so enjoy a couple!

James created this Czech Dark Lager using some spare grain he had in the freezer. Reminds one of a night in Prague!

A very mild Pilsner beer with a dry finish. Very smooth without too much of a Pilsner bite.

Good morning! This is a clone of Founder's Breakfast Stout. I hate to even call it a clone, because it is a masterpiece. The Steubings even kicked it up this year and used Kona instead of Folgers!

This Topo Chico Clone was created by using RO water and the same mineral composition as Topo Chico. This Sparkling water has 7 mineral additions gained from Topo Chicos water analisis.
