American Black Ale ** KILL THE KEG**

The American black ale is characterized by the perception of caramel malt and dark roasted malt flavor and aroma. Hop bitterness is perceived to be medium-high to high. Hop flavor and aroma are medium-high. Fruity, citrus, piney, floral and herbal character from hops of all origins may contribute to the overall experience. This beer is often called a black IPA or Cascadian dark ale.

La Pina Naranja **KILL THE KEG**

A delicious tropical "Juicy" ale with a sunset orange color and easy drinkabilty. Jungle and Citrus fruit flavors and aromas are prominent is this final project beer from group A1. Wheat and oats were added to the grist for mouthfeel and a little crystal 10 malt for color. Hopped with El Dorado, Mosaic and Sabro.

The Cold Blue Fox IPA

A light bodied IPA with clean lager like characteristics. Fermented with a lager yeast at a warmer temperature to create a crisp clean profile. Brewed with Pilsner Malt and Flaked Rice to keep the color and body light with a crisp finish. Heavily Hopped with Centennial, Citra, Idaho 7 and Cascade.

Hazy IPA

Emphasizing hop aroma and flavor without bracing bitterness, the Hazy IPA leans heavily on late and dry hopping techniques to deliver a bursting juicy, tropical hop experience. The skillful balance of technique and ingredient selection, often including the addition of wheat or oats, lends an alluring haze to this popular take on the American IPA.

Vienna Lager

Our Vienna is pale copper in color with both a malty aroma and subtle noble hop character. This refreshing crisp beer has toasty flavors and finishes with some caramel-like sweetness.

Hefeweizen

The German-style hefeweizen is straw to amber in color and brewed with at least 50 percent malted wheat. The aroma and flavor of a weissbier comes largely from the yeast and is decidedly fruity (banana) and phenolic (clove). The intensity of these wildly differing flavor qualities varies depending on the brewer, but the two are most commonly balanced.

Pilsner

A classic German-style pilsner is straw to pale in color with a malty sweetness that can be perceived in aroma and flavor. Perception of hop bitterness is medium to high. Noble-type hop aroma and flavor are moderate and quite obvious.

Northwest IPA

PNW IPA brewed with 2 Row and Munich malts for a light golden color. This refreshing IPA has Citra and Idaho 7 hops throughout the boil for the traditional hop bitterness and pleasant aromas.

Robust Porter

The Robust Porter features more bitter and roasted malt flavor than a brown porter, but not quite as much as a stout. Robust porters have a roast malt flavor, often reminiscent of cocoa, but no roast barley flavor. Their caramel and malty sweetness is in harmony with the sharp bitterness of black malt.

Dark Lager

Don't let the dark color fool you, this beer has it all -clean, light characteristics of a crisp lightly hopped lager stained to a dark color with a touch of chocolate and roasted barley.

India Red Ale **KILL THE KEG**

Somewhere between an American IPA and Amber Ale lies the Red IPA or India Red Ale. Not quite pale enough to be an American IPA, and too hoppy to be considered an Amber, Red IPAs fall in that juicy middle. 6 Hop varieties were used late in the boil and dry hop additions to give tropical and citrus fruit aromas.

English Brown Ale **KILL THE KEG**

English-style brown ale is easily one of the most iconic beer styles. Toasty, robust and with a bit of chocolate maltiness, the English brown ale is a meal in a glass, but offers unlimited opportunities for memorable food pairings. Neither flashy nor boring, the English brown is a beer with enough variation to keep devotees ordering them time and time again.
