Irish Stout (NITRO)
Draft
  • Dark Roasty Nitro Stout

The classic Irish Stout. We take the tried and true Dry Irish Stout recipe, and use barley from the Malting Company of Ireland, English hops and roasted barley and put it on nitro, for an incredibly smooth, roasty, but not burnt, beer that drinks great any time of the year. This is a low gravity beer finishing at 4.6%, and is designed to sit and drink at the pub. Mix it with a heavier beer like our Irish Lager for a Black and Tan, or Half-and-Half!

Cherry Mother Pucker
Draft
  • Tart Cherry Sour

Winner of the Red Beer Homebrew Competition to benefit The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, this beer was originally brewed by Curt McCuistion. A dry hopped version of a traditional German Berliner Weisse, with bumped up alcohol and 80 gallons of Montmorency Tart Cherry juice from King Orchards in Northern Michigan. This beer tastes of cherries picked right off the tree with a mouth puckering finish that makes you want more. The can art also features a painting from Curt’s late mother Debra McCuistion.

Belgian Pale Ale
Draft
  • Light Belgian Style With Mild Hops

Slightly hoppier than a typical Belgian beer, but less so than an American Pale Ale. Finishes dry with the lingering esters from the Belgian yeast.

  • Juicy IPA with Vera hops

Rice 4 The Cure
Draft
  • Refreshing Rice Lager, helping to fight MS

We wanted to make a crisp and refreshing beer that would be great enjoyed after a long charity bike ride or at the top of your favorite mountain biking trail. This new-age rice lager has a simple grain bill of pilsner malt and about 13% rice giving it a light body and a crisp, snappy finish. We used Adeena hops from Roy Farms to add a little lemon zip to the palate, and restrained additions of both Motueka and Bru-1 in the dry hop to give it just a subtle kiss of pineapple, lemon, and lime to the nose. The result is a fantastically crisp and interesting beer that pairs well with all summer activities.

    Beer To Go

CAN TO GO - Barrel Aged Double ESB
    • Anniversary Ale

As a tribute to the first beer we ever made at Bewilder, our Anniversary Ale is a very big brother to our ESB. This barrel aged double ESB is everything you want out of a barrel aged beer. Despite having "bitter" in the name, this is a copper colored English beer that even after aging in whiskey barrels doesn’t feel overly sweet or out of balance. Brewed with traditional floor malted English grains and blended for just the right character, this is an awesome beer that screams cellaring and future vertical flights. Limit 4 cans per customer per visit.

CAN TO GO - Big Cripsy

    Rye Stout

CAN TO GO - Sauced! Cran Sour with Orange Peel & Cinnamon
    • Bewilder Brewing

We used a similar base with this recipe as we do for our other sour beers for a refreshing, medium-alcohol beer with a clean lactic sourness. We then dry hopped it with Idaho Gem hops, added copious amounts of cranberry puree, a lot of fresh orange peel, and some cinnamon. This is a one of a kind flavor medley that came just in time for the holiday season. You have to try it.

CAN TO GO - Cosmic Pop
    • .

This new Hazy IPA uses Cryo Pop hops which contain concentrated lupulin resins and aromatic oils. They are designed to provide intense hop flavor and aroma, with little vegetal matter. We used them in whirlpool and dry hopping for bright fresh fruity hop character. We also used Cosmic Punch™ Ale yeast that generates thiols through biotransformation, releasing tropical aromas experienced in southern hemisphere hops.. This punchy strain unleashes vibrant grapefruit, passion fruit and guava notes. We then enlisted the help of local artist Sadie Burzan for the stellar label art.

    CAN TO GO - Märzen
    • Bewilder Brewing

Premium German ingredients in this namesake of the Oktoberfest celebration, gives the Marzen its beautiful amber color and rich malty backbone that makes it so easy to drink. A bigger version of our Festbier, the malty palate and finish do not seem sweet, but balanced with just the right amount of hops. The color and malty complexity make this a fall favorite for many looking to start out the Autumn season with some festive beer activities.

CAN TO GO - Gecko Fingers
    • Bewilder Brewing

Inspired by the constant evolution of the West Coast IPA style, Gecko Fingers uses a surprisingly simple grain bill and clean fermenting yeast that provides just enough backbone to support the hops, without getting in the way. All the modern tricks were used to layer huge amounts of hop character all over this beer, with heavy handed additions of El Dorado and CTZ throughout the process.

    ESB - Can
    • .

The FIRST Bewilder beer to come out of the tanks! Despite having "bitter" in the name, this is a copper colored English beer with a well balanced earthy hop character and moderate malt sweetness. Brewed with traditional floor malted English grains and a not so secret crystal malt. *This beer is Gluten Reduced! -NABA 2022 Bronze Medal Winner!

    Mole Porter - Can
    • .

With the success of the Imperial Mole Porter, we decided to brew a draft strength version of this English style porter, with spices reminiscent of Mexican Mole sauce. Mole (or Americanized “Molé”) comes from an old Nahuati word for “mix”, or “sauce”, because there can be a lot of ingredients in mole dishes. The basic, Chipotle peppers, cinnamon, and cacao, pairs well with the coffee and dark chocolate character of an English porter, so we threw them together for a rich and complex beer that stays surprisingly drinkable. This is a one of a kind beer that is great for Halloween, Dia de los Muertos, Thanksgiving, and all through the holidays.

    Vitruvian Pils - Can
    • .

With inspiration from Leonardo Da Vinci, this collaboration beer for The Leonardo Museum of Creativity and Innovation uses Italian and French ingredients (Da Vinci was born in Italy, but died in France) for a perfect balance in this new(er) style pilsner. Italian pilsners capture the balance and drinkability of classic German pils, but they insert a beautiful, yet restrained, fresh, Noble-hops character through generous dry hopping. Da Vinci's diagram of the study of the proportions of the human body, as described by Roman architect Vitruvius, shows that arm span was equal to height in a perfectly proportioned body. We believe this might be a perfectly proportioned Italian Pilsner, so the name seemed fitting.

    Fresh Sesh IPA - Can
    • .

While a true American IPA by definition starts at 5.5%, we here in Utah have embraced the idea of “session” IPAs for their drinkability and availability on tap per Utah law requiring draft beer be under 5% ABV. Mosaic, Citra, and Galaxy hops provide the dominant hop profile of the beer with a pleasantly grapefruit citrus character and just the right amount of bitterness to make this a truly sessionable beer.

CAN TO GO - Miami Ice
    • Bewilder Brewing

The Cold IPA isn't exactly a revolutionary style, but it's somewhat of a unique combination of West Coast IPA, IPL, and Brut IPA. We started with a grain bill similar to an American Lager, with over 25% corn, then ramped it up to a higher ABV. The beer is aggressively hopped throughout the boil and then fermented with lager yeast, but at warm temperatures. After fermentation, another large addition of dry hops are added to bring out even more aroma. The light malt base and clean fermentation profile give the hops a blank slate to be expressed, and the resulting beer is crisp, dry, bitter, and wonderfully hoppy. Pairs well with spicy and rich foods.
