BEWILDER BREWING CO.

Bewilder ESB (Voted Utah's Best Ale)
  • Gluten Reduced
  • $6.00 16 oz
  • ABV: 5%
  • SRM: 10
  • IBU: 35

The FIRST Bewilder beer to come out of the tanks! Despite having "bitter" in the name, this is a copper colored English beer with a well balanced earthy hop character and moderate malt sweetness. Brewed with traditional floor malted English grains and a not so secret crystal malt. *This beer is Gluten Reduced! -NABA 2022 Bronze Medal Winner!

Kolsch (voted Top 3 Best Local Beer)
  • Gluten Reduced
  • $6.00 16 oz
  • ABV: 5%
  • SRM: 2
  • IBU: 25

We start with malt grown specifically for this style of beer from Cologne Germany, and add a little bit of vienna for that wonderful Kolsch flavor that is unique to this style of beer. This has a mildly sweet grain aroma with some floral hop character. The body is light and refreshing with a pilsner like grain quality with mild honey notes. *This beer is Gluten Reduced! -Voted Top 3 Best Local Beer in City Weekly's "Best Of Utah" edition. - NABA 2022 Bronze Medal Winner!

Fresh Sesh IPA
  • .
  • $6.00 16 oz
  • ABV: 5%
  • SRM: 5
  • IBU: 55

While a true American IPA by definition starts at 5.5%, we here in Utah have embraced the idea of “session” IPAs for their drinkability and availability on tap per Utah law requiring draft beer be under 5% ABV. Mosaic, Citra, and Galaxy hops provide the dominant hop profile of the beer with a pleasantly grapefruit citrus character and just the right amount of bitterness to make this a truly sessionable beer.

Vitruvian Pils
  • .
  • $6.00 16 oz
  • ABV: 5%
  • SRM: 2
  • IBU: 25

With inspiration from Leonardo Da Vinci, this collaboration beer for The Leonardo Museum of Creativity and Innovation uses Italian and French ingredients (Da Vinci was born in Italy, but died in France) for a perfect balance in this new(er) style pilsner. Italian pilsners capture the balance and drinkability of classic German pils, but they insert a beautiful, yet restrained, fresh, Noble-hops character through generous dry hopping. Da Vinci's diagram of the study of the proportions of the human body, as described by Roman architect Vitruvius, shows that arm span was equal to height in a perfectly proportioned body. We believe this might be a perfectly proportioned Italian Pilsner, so the name seemed fitting.

Raspberry Sour
  • .
  • $6.00 16oz pint
  • ABV: 4.7%
  • SRM: 1
  • IBU: 5

Based loosely on a German Berliner Weisse this starts as a very pale, refreshing, low-alcohol German wheat beer with a clean lactic sourness. Our take bumps up the alcohol, uses some mildly fruity hops, and a lot of raspberry puree.

Low Hanging Phruit
  • .
  • $7.00 16 oz
  • ABV: 5%
  • SRM: 3
  • IBU: 30

We decided to push some fruity thiols using Phantasm and Lunar Crush yeast in a New Zealand Pilsner. We have learned how to use this Phantasm/yeast combo correctly through some trial and error, so we thought why not use it on a light and refreshing pils base. This is a hop forward lager with some great notes of tropical fruit, citrus, and pineapple. It sounds complicated, but it's a simple and easy drinking beer that you have to try!

Irish Lager
  • .
  • $6.00 16 oz
  • ABV: 5%
  • SRM: 8
  • IBU: 22

This is our take on a northern Ireland style of pale lager. We use Malting company of Ireland pale malt, English hops and then cold ferment with Irish Ale yeast. The result is a golden lager has a uniquely smooth taste compared to its German counterparts with a bigger body and bolder taste than American Lagers.

Irish Stout (NITRO)
  • .
  • $6.00 16 oz
  • ABV: 4.4%
  • SRM: 39
  • IBU: 30

The classic Irish Stout. We take the tried and true Dry Irish Stout recipe, and use barley from the Malting Company of Ireland, English hops and roasted barley and put it on nitro, for an incredibly smooth, roasty, but not burnt, beer that drinks great any time of the year. This is a low gravity beer finishing at 4.6%, and is designed to sit and drink at the pub. Mix it with a heavier beer like our Irish Lager for a Black and Tan, or Half-and-Half!

Pray For Rain
  • .
  • $6.00 16 oz
  • ABV: 5%
  • SRM: 3
  • IBU: 20

We have the Homebrewtah competition winning beer developed by local homebrewer James Bywater and won best of show! Not only does he get bragging rights, we also brewed up the beer on our system so he can share his winning beer with all of you. This crisp and refreshing Helles lager is brewed with just the right amount of smoke, giving it a unique flavor that's perfect for the changing seasons.

Beehive Golden Ale - Nitro
  • .
  • $6.00 16 oz
  • ABV: 5%
  • SRM: 3
  • IBU: 53

Made for the Beehive Sports teams that we sponsor for Summer kickball, and fall/winter darts, this is a super refreshing pint of English delight. Made with local honey as a nod to Beehive Sports, this English style ale is put on nitro for superb drinkability. So sign up with Beehive Sports, grab some darts, order the Suffolk sausage, and have a great time with our take on a pub classic.

Haze Hugs Hazy Pale
  • .
  • $6.00 16 oz
  • ABV: 5%
  • SRM: 3
  • IBU: 35

Jucy, Hazy, NEIPA, however you like to define the family of beers, this one delivers ALL the soft lovable hugs to your palate. We hit the fermentation multiple times for maximum flavor of some cool hops on this latest version of a session hazy beer for our taps. Made with low color maris this beer has just the right color and malt balance. Bru-1 and Eldorado do the heavy lifting, but we added a fun new hop called Zamba (formerly Samba) characterized by juicy pineapple and mango with bursts of stone fruits, and tangerine. So open your arms (mouth), and get ready for a hug of flavor.

Holiday ESB
  • Gluten Reduced
  • $3.00 16 oz
  • ABV: 5%
  • SRM: 10
  • IBU: 35

Holiday spices are added to this copper colored English beer with a well balanced earthy hop character and moderate malt sweetness. Enjoy hints of cinnamon, allspice, orange and lemon peel, nutmeg, star anise, clove and ginger! *This beer is Gluten Reduced! 5.0% ABV - 35 IBU

Coffee Kolsch
  • Made with Kings Peak Coffee
  • $6.00 16 oz
  • ABV: 5%
  • SRM: 5
  • IBU: 25

We start with a light German ale base beer with mellow hops and a good malt backbone, then added lightly roasted special blend whole coffee bean from Kings Peak Coffee Roasters in Salt Lake City, for a mild coffee character while still the beer light in color and drinkability.

Wit Chamberlain
  • .
  • $6.00 16 oz
  • ABV: 5%
  • SRM: 3
  • IBU: 13

Our take on the refreshing "white" beer style that originated in Belgium, we added local flaked (rolled) oats and wheat, and used grains of paradise and tangerine peel as well as the traditional coriander and bitter orange peel. Our additions give this beer a unique depth to it's mild spice and citrus flavor for a very light and refreshing hazy beer.

Irish Red Ale
  • Small Batch - Limited Supply
  • $6.00 16 oz
  • ABV: 5%
  • SRM: 22
  • IBU: 23

It’s the time for all things Irish, so we have to have an Irish Red ale! While it drinks similarly to an English “bitter” reds have a touch of dark malt thrown into the mix which gives you the color it’s famous for. Malt forward but still balanced with a nice bready biscuit character, this red isn't overly sweet and has a touch of roast which makes it drinkable no matter the season.

High Point Taproom Beer

Lucky's Red Tractor Reserve
  • Bewilder/Lucky 13
  • $12.00 16oz
  • ABV: 10.13%
  • SRM: 17
  • IBU: 25

In collaboration with our friends at Lucky 13 and Iron Door, we took their Maker's Mark® Private Selection barrel and aged a blend of our Double ESB and Imperial Porter in the freshly dumped oak. This made a one of a kind custom Imperial Red ale that can never be fully duplicated or copied. Enjoy this malt forward beer with big notes of burnt caramel, dried fruits, light chocolate, and just enough of that sweet Maker's goodness to tie it all together.

Barrel Aged Wee Heavy
  • Bewilder/Strap Tank
  • $12.00 16oz
  • ABV: 13.5%
  • SRM: 16
  • IBU: 28

Stored for a year in whisky barrels, we took our NABA award winning Wee heavy and made it even bigger and more complex. In collaboration with Strap Tank Brewery in Lehi Utah, this single malt Scottish style ale was brewed at both breweries with a massively extended boil time then blended together for a truly one of a kind kettle caramelized beer. This is a malt forward beer with some alcohol warmth, but very drinkable for it’s age.

Wee Heavy (NABA Gold Medal)
  • Bewilder/Strap Tank
  • $10.00 16oz
  • ABV: 10.5%
  • SRM: 11
  • IBU: 28

This is the BIG brother to our 60 shilling Party Guy. Barrel Aged Double ESB
  • Anniversary Ale
  • $12.00 16oz
  • ABV: 10.3%
  • SRM: 15
  • IBU: 32

As a tribute to the first beer we ever made at Bewilder, our Anniversary Ale is a very big brother to our ESB. This barrel aged double ESB is everything you want out of a barrel aged beer. Despite having "bitter" in the name, this is a copper colored English beer that even after aging in whiskey barrels doesn’t feel overly sweet or out of balance. Brewed with traditional floor malted English grains and blended for just the right character, this is an awesome beer that screams cellaring and future vertical flights.

Imperial Mole Porter
  • .
  • $12.00 16oz
  • ABV: 10.2%
  • SRM: 26
  • IBU: 25

The Barrel Aged Mole Porter is back!!! This beer is a big fan favorite, dare we say it has a following, and this year's batch is incredible! This is an imperial strength English style porter, with spices reminiscent of Mexican Mole sauce. Mole (or Americanized “Molé”) comes from an old Nahuati word for “mix”, or “sauce”. In addition to the basic ingredients, Chipotle peppers, cinnamon, and cacao, we also added Mexican vanilla, Mulato and Pasilla Negro peppers. For added depth, we also aged the porter in Tequila and Mezcal barrels for 8 months. All of this comes together for a rich and complex beer that keeps you coming back for more. This is a hearty beer that is mildly warming and is great for Halloween, Dia de los Muertos, Thanksgiving, and all through the holidays! Do not miss out!

CAN TO GO - Dos Hazy Boi
  • Bewilder Brewing
  • $4.50 16oz Can
  • ABV: 8%
  • SRM: 5
  • IBU: 35

At 8%, this is pretty big beer for Bewilder, but at its core, this style is for beer lovers fascinated by hops. The late hopping, indicative of the NEIPA style, provides the same intense hop experience through flavor and aroma instead of, but not without, mild bitterness. We use, Citra, Sabro, Mosaic, and El Dorado hops, which produces a huge tropical fruit aroma and flavor dominated by pineapple with mild citrus, but there is no fruit juice in this beer. -NABA 2022 Gold Medal Winner!

CAN TO GO - Sauced! Cran Sour with Orange Peel & Cinnamon
  • Bewilder Brewing
  • $4.00 16oz
