New and Seasonal Releases

Stocktoberfest - Marzen Ale

Brewed for all our German beer and culture lovers. This marzen style ale is brewed in spring and lagered through the summer to achieve its smooth blend of hops, malt and yeast. Prost!

Last Day of Summer

100% NYS - Pale ale brewed with fresh Chinook hops hand picked by friends of the brewery just before brewing. A clean tasting floral hop-forward pale ale that is limited to one barrel served the last day of summer.

Tripel - A

Our brewer has an affinity for Belgian-style ales and we gave him free rein in the development of this beer which is smooth, boozy, and yet, bubbly. It is Alex's beer. It is alcoholic! It is awesome. It is TRIPEL - A.

Get Your Kicks on Route 46

Historically known as a "steam beer," that uniquely uses lager yeast fermented at ale-like, warmer temperatures. This process creates a lager with ale qualities. A light amber color with caramel malt flavors and a firm, woody hop bitterness. The style originated in late 19th-century California due to a lack of refrigeration and is characterized by its clean, crisp, and easy-drinking profile.

Answers to Questions

Our first hazy reminds us of the earliest beers in this style. Tropical fruit on the nose with some dank hoppiness and a slight grapefruit finish. Sessonable at 4.7%. Recognizable as an IPA at 33 IBU. When we brewed this, we had a lot of questions! Folks like it, so I guess we got at least some answers right.

Core Beers

Foothills Pilsener

100% NYS- Pilsener brewed with Sterling hops and pseudo-lager yeast. Light, fruity with notes of orange, peach and mango.

Stargate

100% NYS - Warm fermented with top-fermenting yeast, then cold conditioned like a lager. Crisp, bubbly, light with subtle fruit tones. Our lightest beer.

Lighten Up

100% NYS - American blonde ale featuring Cascade and Perle hops and West Coast ale yeast. A little lighter in ABV than our KUNGFU, this was a Larry-FU with serendipitous results.

No Way Barry Hefeweizen

100% NY - In response to customer request. Traditional German style hefeweizen with characteristic banana and spice flavors made with 100% NYS malt and hops and No BS.

KUNGFU

100% NYS - Our flagship blonde ale with a gallon of local honey added to every barrel of beer. Features honey from Johnston's Honey Bee Farm, our Perle and Cascade hops and NYS pale and Vienna malt.

Dyrewolf

Dylan's "Dyrewolf" is a light and sessionable drink which, like the modern 'direwolf', is a hybrid ... Part wheat beer, part IPA, This beer lives up to its name with a soft alluring apprearance, a deceptively sweet heart, and a bite at the end. Did you know that the Latin word for hops, humulus lupulus, means "wolf of the woods"?

Aran's Red

100% NYS - Easy drinking Irish red ale in honor of our reindeer Aran. Pale malt with specialty additions of caramel malt and roasted barley. Willamette hops provide just he right balance

Bear Path

100% NYS. Full bodied American brown ale with smooth cocoa and coffee flavors. Willamette hops for bitterness and chocolate malt have led this favorite to be nicknamed "Hop Cocoa".

Charlie Brown

100% NYS - We thought just a hint of peanut butter flavor would be a perfect twist on our Bear Path Brown Ale.

Iron Horse Porter

100 % NY - One of our most complicated brews made with 8 different malts and 3 different hops, this malt-dominant English-style dark ale presents characteristic coffee flavors with a hint of hop bitterness in the finish. Like vanilla porters? Ask us for a smidgen of vanilla powder.

Stone Quarry Oatmeal Stout

100% NYS - In honor of the Clark family who operated Munnsville Limestone south of our property. Soft mouthfeel, deep dark color, rich coffee flavor and firm finish are characteristic of oatmeal stout. We think we hit the stone on the head.

Fort Fenner Centennial Black

100% NYS - Inspired by our friends’ home in Fenner where the Centennial hops in this IPA are grown and his homebrew recipe. West Coast ale yeast lets the hops shine through the dark, roasty flavors of the malt.
