Let's celebrate Texas Independence with this clean German lager that has a smooth grainy-sweet malty flavor and a soft, dry finish. Inspired by 1890's Galveston Brewing Co, they sold this popular style under the name "High Grade."

100% gluten free! This light lager is brewed with White Sorghum, Corn, Rice, and Honey. Lightly hopped, this is about as close as you will get to a barley-brewed 'beer flavored beer' as you will get! This beer is a salute to Chief Bret Stidham of the Arlington Fire Department!
