7. Sierra Nevada Pale Ale
  • American Pale Ale
  • ABV: 6.4%
  • SRM: 8
  • IBU: 47

The original Pale Ale! Brewed with tons of Cascade hops. This sessionable beer balances nicely with the citrus, grapefuit and piney notes with a hint of caramel sweetness from the malt. A heavy dry hop of Cascade and Chinook boost these aromatics. https://sierranevada.com/blog/pale-ale-homebrew-recipe/

8. Saison
  • Saison
  • ABV: 6.4%
  • SRM: 4
  • IBU: 34

Saison with a small percentage of rye malt give a note of spicy complexity to this beer. A different ester profile comes from the Yeast Bay Saison yeast.
