Our good friend and former Head Brewery, Marc Moberg designed this one for us. It's a New England Style IPA. Look for fruit up front and in the nose, with a clean, balanced finish.

Named for Waco's Founding year, 1849 was engineered for Texans. The light hop profile and sweet toasted malts of this Vienna-Style lager are sure to stand the test of time just as the Waco Suspension Bridge has been a symbol of our City for nearly 150 years.

Turbulence occurs at the meeting of two air masses moving at different speeds. That's exactly what happens when our 5 hop blend meets this beer's strong malty backbone. Breaking from traditional IPA's, you can count on Turbulence to deliver.

Named in honor of the latest version Falcon 9 Rocket from our friends and neighbors at SpaceX, Block 5 is a Specialty IPA with a strong Rye presence and a dry finish. At 90 IBUs Hops lovers are sure to enjoy this one.

A refreshing and flavorful European Kolsch beer, 35 Special is made by fermenting an Ale at Lager temperatures.

A light, crisp Pilsner with a pronounced noble hop finish. Multiple dry hop additions of Hallertau Mittlefruh and Tettnang, careful attention to fermentation temperature and, most importantly, time make this beer stand out.

A light, crisp, flavorful lager, Chavira is a great Craft transition beer. We use a large percentage of corn in the Mash to keep it light while maintaining that great flavor.

Umbra is a Latin word that means "shadow" and refers to the darkest part of any shadow. This April, Waco, Texas will experience the Umbra of the Moon passing between the Earth and Sun. Waco will see what Umbra really means. It's a dark lager that deviates from the norm of dark beers. And it's name is quite fitting during the 100% totality Wacoans will experience next Month!

This Black IPA is all about 7's. 7 ingredients, 7.7 ABV, 77 IBUs, we even boiled it for 70 minutes and started the brew day at 7am! The temperature in the brewhouse was also 70 degrees on Brewday! Enjoy the roasty flavors that are well balanced with the hops in this Specialty IPA.
