Grisette is a light-bodied, refreshing Belgian-style farmhouse ale, historically brewed for miners. Similar to a saison, but lower in alcohol. Fruity taste with a peppery note from the yeast.

A West coast IPA, Maris Otter malt in harmony with Chinook (US), Cascade (US) Simcoe (US) hops, bittering by Magnum (DE). A slightly bitter and tasteful IPA, with a hoppy aroma.

This is an experiment… is it possible to make a lager with the Norwegian yeast Kveik ? Hops from South Africa, malt from England, a world wide experimental lager. For me, it has the taste of the lagers from my young days.
