A West coast IPA, Maris Otter malt in harmony with Chinook (US), Cascade (US) Simcoe (US) hops, bittering by Magnum (DE). A bitter, but tasteful IPA, with a hoppy aroma.

A beer fermented with Norwegian Yeast - Voss Kveik. Hops : Citra, Mosaic and Magnum. After the main fermentation we added Norwegian Blueberries, a gift from our friend Tore. A blue beer, with tropical fruits from the hops and the blue berries.

Bobby the Brown Ale is a brown, malty beer made as the great North English Brown Ales. Taste of the dark malts, hint of Fuggles hops, but no bitterness.

Grisette is a light-bodied, refreshing Belgian-style farmhouse ale, historically brewed for miners. Similar to a saison, but lower in alcohol. Fruity taste with a peppery note from the yeast.
