An easy going German style pils. Hops : Tettnang, Magnum and Spalter Select. Slightly bitter, floral.

A single hopped pale ale. Hop : African Queen - from South Africa. Slightly bitter, hint of fruit, crisp. Thanks to John, who brought the hops to us.

A West coast IPA, Maris Otter malt in harmony with Chinook (US), Cascade (US) Simcoe (US) hops, bittering by Magnum (DE). A bitter, but tasteful IPA, with a hoppy aroma.

A session ale, used to be low on alcohol, this one reached 4.9 % still tasty.
Three hops : Amarillo (US) and Cascade (US) and Mosaic (US). Light and hoppy. Slightly bitter.

A pale ale with one hop only - Citra (US). English malt and yeast. A citrusy taste with a pleasant bitter ending.

A dark beer with hints of chocolate and coffee.

A slightly maltier lager. Vienna malt and a South African hop, Southern Passion gives this beer a nice taste of malt and fruity hops.

A NEIPA, New England IPA, tropical and hazy. The hops : Ekuanot, Citra, Galaxy and Mosaic.

An amber Belgian style Dubbel - with dates, no bitterness, not to sweet.

A dark beer with sweet notes of malt and carob - Alfarroba.

A Belgian style beer, Saison. Short boil, whirlpool hop : Sabro. Topped up with organic lemon juice from friends with quinta in Alentejo.

Bobby the Brown Ale is a brown, malty beer inspired of the North English Brown Ales. Taste of the dark malts, a little feeling of the hops. but no bitterness.

A sour beer with salt from Olhao and organic grapefruit juice from Alentejo .

A kefir soured beer fermented with raspberries :-D Tastes of raspberries with a lingering sourness.

German style beer, fermented with lager yeast. Sweet, malty, bready, not to bitter.

A hoppy and hazy Low Alcohol Beer, LAB. With Citra, Idaho 7, Mosaic and Magnum hops. Fresh, slightly bitter.
