1. Dombier

A German style ale from Cologne, Köln. Easy drinking lagerlike beer, with 3 German hops : Mangum, Spalter Select and Tettnag.

2. Hop Heaven

A West coast IPA, Maris Otter malt in harmony with Chinook (US), Cascade (US) Simcoe (US) hops, bittering by Magnum (DE).

3. Bobby

Bobby the Brown Ale is a brown, malty beer inspired of the North English Brown Ales. Taste of the dark malts, a little feeling of the hops. but no bitterness. This version is fermented with kveik for a speedy fermentation.

4. Fuzcitra

A pale ale with one hop only - Citra (US). English malt and yeast. A citrusy taste with a pleasant bitter ending.

5. HopALot

A hazy tropical pale ale with Azzaca and Mosaic hops.

6. Dead Parrot

A hoppy, tastefull pale ale, slightly bitter. Hops : Summit and Amarillo.

7. Easy Peasy

An easy going German style pils. Hops : Tettnang, Magnum and Spalter Select. Slightly bitter, floral.

8. Light Weiss

German style wheat beer with Hefeweizen yeast and Hallertau Mittelfrüh hops, only 4.7 % , less mouthfeel than a classic, but easy drinking with at hint og fruit.

9. North1Brian

A stout, with lactose to sweeten it. A classical style stout, tastes of dark malts with a sweet aftertaste. Brian from Northumberland named this beer. He is an Northumbrian - or North1(um)Brian !

10. Dubbel of 7

Belgian style amber beer with malt sweetness and the taste of Belgian yeast. 7 different malts in this one.

11. Norwegian Blue

A beer fermented with Norwegian Yeast - Voss Kveik. Hops : Citra, Mosaic and Magnum. After the main fermentation we added Norwegian Blueberries, a gift from our friend Tore. A blue beer, with hints of tropical fruits from the hops and the blue berries.

12. Old Recipe Tripel

Based on a recipe from the 1800s. All malt, no sugar added, which is usual to this style of beer. Its Belgian, bright and easy.

13. Passionfruit sour

A kettle soured beer with Passionfruit. Fruity and sour.

14. Brett CC

A funky Belgian beer. A Saison where we have added the wild yeast Brettanomyces Bruxellinis, and let it sit for 200 days. Funky and sour.

15. NanoQuad

An amber Belgian style strong beer, easy drinking, smooth, tastes of Belgian yeast.

16. Raspberry Sour

A sour beer fermented with raspberries :-D Tastes of raspberries with a lingering sourness.

17. Double Trouble

A BIIG BEER. Lots of malt and hops in this one. Not too bitter, hoppy.

18. Dark Matter

A strong, dark and Imperial Porter with American hops to add complexity.

19. Doctor’s Orders

A hoppy and hazy Low Alcohol Beer, LAB. With Citra, Idaho 7, Mosaic and Magnum hops. Fresh, slightly bitter.

German style beer, fermented with lager yeast. Sweet, malty, bready, not to bitter.
