Munzler’s Vienna Lager: Martin Munzler founded the first brewery in Charlotte, and possibly North Carolina. A Bavarian immigrant, he produced the same traditional beer styles OMB is known for today. In tribute to the entrepreneurial spirit of Martin Munzler, we created this crisp, satisfyingly smooth lager with a slight toastiness courtesy of darker malts typical in Munzler’s era. Just like Munzler promised in his first newspaper advertisement in 1860, OMB is always “prepared to furnish you with beer of first-rate quality.” Prost!

Imperial Stout double barrel-aged in Heaven Hill Bottled-in-Bond Bourbon barrels.

Originally brewed in honor of the 1000th batch at our original Clybourn brewpub. A liquid as dark and dense as a black hole with thick foam the color of a bourbon barrel. The nose is an intense mix of charred oak, chocolate, vanilla, caramel and smoke. One sip has more flavor than your average case of beer.

2025 Medianoche unites the deep sweetness of bourbon with the spiced intensity of rye in one harmonious blend. This year’s release features the highest share of rye barrels in a non-rye Medianoche to date—34% of the blend, to be exact. The barrel lineup is nothing short of exceptional, including Elijah Craig barrels, Henry McKenna barrels, Old Fitzgerald barrels, Weller 12 barrels, Buffalo Trace barrels (bourbon and rye), Willett Family Estate rye barrels, 10-Year Templeton rye barrels, and Stagg Jr barrels.
