Although named as a Halloween seasonal, Zombie’s refreshing taste makes it a year round staple. It is brewed according to the Belgian Witbier tradition of using unmalted wheat to create the light body and white sheen. Additions of coriander and orange peel give it a fruity and spicy character, while the hops are subtle and lightly detected. Don’t be scared to blow the head off a Zombie and drink up!

Recent studies prove that a beach-type environment can have a profound impact on our brains and mental health. There is something soothing about the sound of ocean waves, the smell of salt water, and the feeling of warm sand beneath your toes. We feel these ocean vibes and the power of the pun, ‘Vitamin Sea’, definitely have some truth to them. We have also discovered another groundbreaking way to boost mind, body, and spirit to achieve the same effects; hang out with Dino and Mike from Vitamin Sea Brewing for an afternoon. These guys bring such genuinely good vibes and energy with them, we couldn’t wait to have them back to brew another tropical juice bomb. Ocean Vibes starts with a base of 2row, white wheat, and oats before a Citra and Idaho7 whirlpool. We then dry hopped it with Citra Galaxy, and for the first time, Sabro. We wanted to give this beer a creamsicle like finish so we added a touch of lactose to balance things out. First sip will give you Ocean Vibes galore. Pouring a hazy opaque bright yellow, this beer is bursting with tropical notes and flavors of guava, pineapple, bright clementine and a touch of island coconut from our new friend, Sabro. The velvety mouthfeel is creamy with a hint of chewiness and reminiscent of a tropical flavored push-pop crossed with our big EQjuice finish. If winter has you feeling sluggish, you better get your vitamins in!
Mass x Acceleration, or Force, is the next in the series following Governing Forces and dC/dt that examines the basic properties of our new hardware. Mass x Acceleration is the first time we’ve blended massive doses of two of our favorite hops: Mosaic and Amarillo. This juicy elixir pours a glowing tangerine color with aromas of dank orange juice with that melony EQ juice thing. The taste is orange/mango for days and melon flavored gummy bear juice.
Starting with six different hop varietals added to the brew kettle & culminating with a massive dry-hop addition of Simcoe hops, Bell's Hopslam® Ale possesses the most complex hopping schedule in the Bell's repertoire. Selected specifically because of their aromatic qualities, these Pacific Northwest varieties contribute a pungent blend of grapefruit, stone fruit and floral notes. A generous malt bill and a solid dollop of honey provide just enough body to keep the balance in check, resulting in a remarkably drinkable rendition of the Double India Pale Ale style.

A new version of an HB classic. Brewed and double dry hopped with a combination of El Dorado and Mosaic, notes of dank tangerine and mango with bright pineapple and citrus aromas.
This hazy is brewed with Cosmic Punch, a thiol-enhanced yeast, and hopped with Motueka, Nelson, Strata, and Citra. Easy drinking with bright notes of mango, white wine, passionfruit, and a hint of orange zest.
A combination of TooQuench'l and Ultimate Stratasfaction, both brews that receive our Superhop treatment. Citra, Citra Cryo, Strata, and Strata CGX hops at a rate of approximately 10 pounds per barrel! Big dank mango and passionfruit, with notes of tangerine zest and a touch of grapefruit.
A collaboration with Percent Tap House out of Harrisburg, NC. This big double IPA is brewed and double dry hopped with a combo of Citra Cryo, Citra Spectrum, Mosaic Cryo, Citra, and Mosaic. Brewed with a S*** ton of malted and flaked oats for an extremely smooth juicy experience. With tropical fruits on the nose with flavors of grapefruit, orange zest, and blueberry.
The cold IPA version of Blurred is the Word, we take our base for Blurred but let it ferment cold. With the same double dry hop combo of Mosaic and Azacca, the hops truly shine in this one. Dank berries and tropical fruits with a great earthy quality.

Our flagship West Coast IPA hopped with Citra, Simcoe & Mosaic! After years of tweaking and tinkering our recipes, we’ve captured the perfect juxtaposition between the juicy & bitter nature of hops, which can be universally loved by all!
“A Long Way to Travel” is our latest DDH IPA, and our first International collaboration with the fine folks @prizmbrewing. We first met them a few months ago through some industry connections, and decided we needed to put a collab on the books for the Lyon Bière Festival in April, as well as our first distro drop to France! WHOOP WHOOP! Mashed with a base of @riverbendmalt 2-Row, @proximity Wheat, and a touch of Flaked Oats. Hopped in the Whirlpool with gobs of Wakatu and Huell Melon, fermented with our House IPA yeast and spunded for dat natty carb. Dry-hopped once with Simcoe and BRU-1, and then dry-hopped a second time with a crushing amount of Simcoe, Wakatu, BRU-1, Huell Melon, and a heavy handed dose of Citra Cryo. Notes of fresh Papaya, sweet and ripe Peaches, some extra choice Cantaloupe in the sunshine, and juuuuust enough of that “Herbaceous Hippy Resin” we all know and love. Very fruity, very dank, very crushable. We’re honestly very, very jazzed on this one! Keep those eyes peeled for something getting brewed up overseas soon, too!
HARK! “Magic Cloud Mountain” DDH SOUTHERN HEMISPHERE IPA IS HERE TO WRAP YOU IN A FLAVOR BLANKET! When Yakima Chief Hops asks you to do a collab, you say yes! AND SO WE FORGE ONWARD WITH THE HOP EXPLORATION! We got to talkin’ with the YCH crew, and mentioned we’d been doing some fun NZ/AU IPA things, in the hopes of finalizing the best base for these beauties, and they brought up two new-to-us hop varietals: Nectaron and Superdelic. We also bonded over our love for the ever-amazing Southern Cross varietal, and thus… “Magic Cloud Mountain” was born! Mashed with a base of Riverbend Cumberland Pils and Proximity Wheat, along with a smattering of Flaked Oats and Wheat for extra heft. Hit heavily in the Whirlpool with Southern Cross, fermented with our House IPA yeast, dry-hopped once with Nectaron and Superdelic, and then dry-hopped a second time with a punishing amount of Nectaron, Superdelic, Southern Cross, and a heavy dusting of Citra and Mosaic Cryo for good measure. Of course, as always, this was spunded for carbonation of the natural variety! Bursting with notes of Haribo gummies drowning in a river of Guava and Berries, some magical lil Cutie Tangerines in the Summer, the classic brightness of fruit and depth of miscellaneous tropical fruit character we all know and love from NZ/AU hops, and just a smidge of that CBD legal-weed dankness to tie the room together.
Everyone’s favorite skeleton is back…from the undead...FOR REVENGE!!!! AGAIN!! AND IT IS NOT A NIGHTMARE!!!! IT’S FOR REAL!!! “Gunther’s Nightmare” is our newest return to an oldie-but-goodie style: Southern Hemisphere DDH DIPA. We took the base for “Gunther’s Revenge” and swapped out the 2-Row malt for Pilsner to lighten the body, and then cranked up the ABV to better match the intense hop character. We used the same hop schedule, but just a tad more ramped up, and the results are…NIGHTMARISHLY GOOD! Mashed with a grist of Riverbend Cumberland Pils, Proximity Wheat, and a touch of Flaked Wheat for extra plump-itude. Hopped in the Whirlpool with Pacific Sunrise, then fermented with our House IPA yeast, dry-hopped once with Nelson Sauvin, and spunded for dat natty carb. Then it was hit with a second, and very aggressive dry-hop of more Nelson Sauvin, more Pacific Sunrise, a smattering of Galaxy, and a dusting of Mosaic Cryo for good measure. This one is absolutely smackin’ with some flavor notes similar to Clementines, Cotton Candy, biting right into a super soft Pear, Grape Hi-Chew candy, and Gary says it kinda tastes like Cantaloupe again. So there’s that! Thanks for that, Gary!
Batch from 12/21/22 DON’T FORGET TO EAT! WE DON’T LIKE YOU WHEN YOU’RE HANGRY! Make sure you remember to pack some snacks on your trip to pick up our newest West Coast IPA “The Hustle is Hangry”! To make sure those cravings were extra satiated, we tweaked the bitterness a bit more, increased the minerality yet again, and brought it back to a more “Pale West Coast IPA” vibe. Mashed with Riverbend 2-Row, and this time we switched it up and went with @proximitymalt Wheat, a touch of their Crystal malt (a bit lighter this time!), and just a kiss of their Dextrin malt. Hit HARD on the hot side with Columbus and Michigan Centennial, fermented low and slow with our Pub Ale yeast and spunded for dat natural carb. Dry hopped only once, but rather aggressively with Cascade, Galaxy, and a bunch of Centennial Cryo. Notes of fruity gummies wrapped in miscellaneous citrus peels and coated in coniferous tree sap, a big bowl of fruit salad, some sorta marijuana reference, and that first righteous pint of Alpine IPA you ever had! It is clear, it is malty, it is yellow (THIS TIME AROUND!), it is bitter, it is dry, and it is dank. Hell yeah. Shred that gnar gnar. As always with the “Hustle” series, the amazing @jade.o.lantern killed the artwork.

We were lucky enough to hand-pick some Bulleit Rye Whiskey barrels that made for the perfect resting place for a robust barleywine inspired by the classic Manhattan cocktail. Additions of sweet cherry and orange peel accentuate the dark fruit character present in the malt, while Orris and angelica root lend dry, herbal vermouth aromas. Charred oak and tannins from the barrels smooth out the higher ABV beer resulting in a dry finish.
