Although named as a Halloween seasonal, Zombie’s refreshing taste makes it a year round staple. It is brewed according to the Belgian Witbier tradition of using unmalted wheat to create the light body and white sheen. Additions of coriander and orange peel give it a fruity and spicy character, while the hops are subtle and lightly detected. Don’t be scared to blow the head off a Zombie and drink up!
American style cream ale with S&D Coffee French Roast coffee beans and vanilla. Light bodied and crisp golden and refreshing, this is one of our lightest beers and is an ale version of an American pilsner using classic noble hops.

Similar to a Belgian saison, this Biére de Garde is chestnut brown in color with malty, nutty-sweetness and notes of coffee and cocoa. Rich, but not heavy with a clean and smooth finish, whether you crack it open this season, or cellar it for next, you’ll delight its indulgent loveliness.
Gilde Pilsener is a traditional German lager with a golden color and a perfectly balanced taste. Glide’s unique hop blend gives the beer a delicate aroma while the malt provides a distinctly crisp finish. Pilsener is one of the most challenging styles for a brewer, and this Pilsener has been crafted with centuries of brewing experience which can be tasted in each and every glass.
Strawberry Mango features a generous 3 ounces of Vodka along with strawberry, mango, lemon, and natural flavors for a flavorful, ready to drink cocktail.
Just in time for summer is the PURPLE edition Quencher hard seltzer. Refreshingly purple this gluten free hard seltzer almost makes you want to work out but just skip that step and enjoy it! Tasting notes- Purple sports drink, purple pixie stixs, purple gum balls, purple bank lollipops and purple smarties.

This Imperial Gose is brewed with Coriander, Red Sea Salt, Fresh Dill, Cucumbers, Fresh Garlic and our own blend of Dill Pickling Spices. We needed to use our Degrees from the Umbrella Academy to come up with this combination! This DILL-ICIOUS, savory, herbaceous, briny concoction is perfect for beating the heat, mixing up a Michelada or the perfect substitution for a pickle back. Come with us on this journey, stare into the Black Mirror, curl up on the couch and we can binge watch everything together! Oh yeah Pickle Rick!

Most recent release: Feb 2021 Dry hopped with massive amounts of Mosaic and New Zealand Rakau hops, this beer is bursting with tropical starburst flavors of pineapple and Sauvignon Blanc. Flaked oats lend a plush mouthfeel.

Let us bring the warming vibes of Summertime to your lips, because the party doesn’t need to stop with this cold-ass awful Winter weather. BOOOO Winter! Ain’t no party like a Coconut Party! Mashed with @riverbend 2-Row and a bevvy of Oats and Wheat malts, hit in the Whirlpool with BRU-1, and fermented with our House IPA yeast before being spunded for natural carbonation. Dry-hopped once with Sabro, then Dry-hopped AGAIN with a bevvy of Cascade, Strata, more Sabro, and a heavy dusting of Citra Cryo. THEN it was conditioned on a boatload of Coconut and a heavy dose of Madagascar Vanilla.
A juicy hazy IPA dry hopped with Citra, Simcoe, and El Dorado
Warm coffee and cinnamon complement a smooth chocolate flavor in our full-bodied stout. With just a hint of chile heat from fresh habaneros and the addition of cacao nibs and local coffee, MexiCali Stout captures everything you would expect from a traditional molé.
Our intern Macey's first beer. She used toasted coconut and lactose to bring about this delicious Coconut Milk Stout. A rich coconut milk stout tying in fresh toasted coconut with a nice thick body and great head.
A barrel-aged cocoa infused Imperial Stout. Opaque black in color with a dark brown head. Big chocolate aroma with notes of espresso, blackstrap molasses, dark sweet toffee and dark fruit. Smooth dark chocolate backbone with complex notes of coffee, dark toffee and dark fruit.
As the aroma of maple and coffee permeate the air reminiscent of a hearty New England breakfast, the sweet candy-like pecan praline taste of the South dances gracefully in the background. With all three flavors in perfect harmony, our "Maple Pecan Praline Wake-n-Bake" is sure to be your go to pastry stout.
With coffee, vanilla and notes of chocolate, this is a beer that really ties it all together. But, well, that’s just, like, our opinion, man.
Starting with six different hop varietals added to the brew kettle & culminating with a massive dry-hop addition of Simcoe hops, Bell's Hopslam® Ale possesses the most complex hopping schedule in the Bell's repertoire. Selected specifically because of their aromatic qualities, these Pacific Northwest varieties contribute a pungent blend of grapefruit, stone fruit and floral notes. A generous malt bill and a solid dollop of honey provide just enough body to keep the balance in check, resulting in a remarkably drinkable rendition of the Double India Pale Ale style.

This west coast IPA gets a traditional hop treatment in the boil and whirlpool with Centennial and Cascade. It then gets dosed with Simcoe Cryo for the dry hop. Piney, grapefruit, dank, with a mild pleasant lingering bitterness.
The cold IPA version of Blurred is the Word, we take our base for Blurred but let it ferment cold. With the same double dry hop combo of Mosaic and Azacca, the hops truly shine in this one. Dank berries and tropical fruits with a great earthy quality.

Batch from 12/21/22 DON’T FORGET TO EAT! WE DON’T LIKE YOU WHEN YOU’RE HANGRY! Make sure you remember to pack some snacks on your trip to pick up our newest West Coast IPA “The Hustle is Hangry”! To make sure those cravings were extra satiated, we tweaked the bitterness a bit more, increased the minerality yet again, and brought it back to a more “Pale West Coast IPA” vibe. Mashed with Riverbend 2-Row, and this time we switched it up and went with @proximitymalt Wheat, a touch of their Crystal malt (a bit lighter this time!), and just a kiss of their Dextrin malt. Hit HARD on the hot side with Columbus and Michigan Centennial, fermented low and slow with our Pub Ale yeast and spunded for dat natural carb. Dry hopped only once, but rather aggressively with Cascade, Galaxy, and a bunch of Centennial Cryo. Notes of fruity gummies wrapped in miscellaneous citrus peels and coated in coniferous tree sap, a big bowl of fruit salad, some sorta marijuana reference, and that first righteous pint of Alpine IPA you ever had! It is clear, it is malty, it is yellow (THIS TIME AROUND!), it is bitter, it is dry, and it is dank. Hell yeah. Shred that gnar gnar. As always with the “Hustle” series, the amazing @jade.o.lantern killed the artwork.

BERLINER WEISS STYLE ALE WITH PEACH PUREE AND PEACH JUICE
Push-Pop style Sour Ale with Lime Zest, Limeade Powder, Dark Sweet & Tart Cherry, Vanilla, Lactose, and Pastry Cream
Inspired by Rose' wines. It is fermented with brettanomyces culture then blended with a portion of golden sour onto a half pound per gallon of small-batch Gerwurztraminer grapes and Cascade skins from the 2018 harvest in the Willamette Valley of Oregon. It is then aged in stainless steel and in Wicked Weed's Foeder until it reaches wine-like perfection.
Our series of fruited American Sour Ales come from a love of fresh fruit flavors combined with mouth-watering acidity. We take the same golden sour base beer and referment it with different fruit combinations. Cherry and pineapple, while distinctive, are what cocktails and dreams are made of. Explosive fruit notes erupt from the glass, and one is left with a quenched thirst, yet thirsty for more.

Heavily fruited smoothie style sour ale with raspberries, dragonfruit and our popular marshmallow treatment. Contains lactose. 6% ABV.
We were lucky enough to hand-pick some Bulleit Rye Whiskey barrels that made for the perfect resting place for a robust barleywine inspired by the classic Manhattan cocktail. Additions of sweet cherry and orange peel accentuate the dark fruit character present in the malt, while Orris and angelica root lend dry, herbal vermouth aromas. Charred oak and tannins from the barrels smooth out the higher ABV beer resulting in a dry finish.

Dry Irish Stout
Our rowdy Red Ale. Initial caramel, toasty notes with a medium body. A clean refreshing mouthfeel briskly ends with burnt toast and black tea. One can sling quite a few of these around the table.

Taking awesome and doubling it can only be double awesome. It’s math. This is essentially the 35K recipe doubled. Double roasty, double chocolatey, double creamy, double delicious. Then we decided to make it 2.5X awesome by aging it in Angel’s Envy barrels for a really, really long time. The bourbon and oak flavors perfectly compliment the massive flavors in the double mega imperial milk stout. You don’t swim in this beer, it swims in you!
