Wildhouse Brewing

This recipe was selected by and brewed at Potosi Brewing Co in 2022! It was available at the Great Taste of the Midwest Beer Festival in Madison, WI. Description: Another with intensely malty flavor, with fewer roasted characteristics and a touch of German hops for the nose. You will lose count after two.

Clean, malty, and lawnmover-approved. Great with a Bloody Mary.

Refreshingly malty with just a bit of noble hops. Nothing tastes more like Spring.

Same as the Maple Bock, but without the extra sweetness. Good basic malty bock without the big alcohol.

A traditional malty bock with homemade Wildhouse maple syrup added after fermentation was stopped. A very malty and very sweet dessert beer, but unfortunately light on Maple flavor.

An inebriating dose of malt flavor up your ass!

A light sessionable beer. Maintains a slightly unfinished profile with crisp green apple flavor.

Brewed from real leprechaun piss. They were found wandering the wrong island. That ingredient is only one of the three things that make a kilt squishy. The second is this stuff. We won't mention the tird.
