For this special collaboration, Broken Clock Brewing Cooperative teamed up with our friends at Foremost Brewing Cooperative in Owatonna Minnesota. Co-op Mule is an American wheat beer brewed with lime peel, orange peel, and fresh ginger. This beer gives flavors and aromas of lime, ginger, and orange with an incredibly soft head and body. The ginger is more forward as the beers warms.

This double IPA was brewed with local wild rice, hopped with Gesho Ketel root and German Magnum for bittering, and local hops from Mighty Axe hops. This beer semi sweet but finishes bitter with flavors and aromas of citrus, melon, tropical fruit, and green tea.
This Margarita style Imperial Gose was created in celebration of the Mexican Army’s victory over the French on May 5th, 1862 at the Battle of Puebla. We Loaded this ale with lime, coriander, and sea salt. Then we aged it in Tequila barrels to give it that slight agave taste we all love so much. This beer is truly #ABEERREVOLUTION

Based off the classic cocktail the Paloma, this beer is loaded with grapefruit, Lime, and Agave Nectar. We then aged in Tequila Barrels. The base beer is an Imperial Cream Ale making it light, crisp, and smooth. Big Grapefruit notes and flavors throughout with medium maltiness.
