2. Two Hearted Ale by Bell's

  • IPA

Brewed with 100% Centennial hops from the Pacific Northwest and named after the Two Hearted River in Michigan's Upper Peninsula, this IPA is bursting with hop aromas ranging from pine to grapefruit from massive hop additions in both the kettle and the fermenter.

3. Neapolitan Milk Stout Nitro by Saugatuck

4. 313 Polish Lager by Grand River Brewery

  • European Pale Lager
  • ABV: 4.6%

Soft easy drinking lager with a creamy smooth Saaz/Lublin hop accent. A homage to Detroit area polish immigrants that craved the beer from the homeland while they powered the industrial revolution.

5. Nitro-Infuse Belgian Imperial IPA by Schmoz Brewing Company

  • ABV: 8.5%

A very hoppy citrus nose leads this beer with a medium malt and high hop flavor profile. The Belgian yeast leaves the palate creamy instead of dry. This is an awesome beer for Belgian and hop fans alike.

6. Dragon's Milk White by New Holland

  • Bourbon Barrel Aged Stout

A full flavored White Stout with strong notes of vanilla, cocoa, coffee roast, and oak from its time in bourbon barrels, drinkers can expect a smooth, velvety mouthfeel that compliments the flavor profile. A lighter stout drinking experience, it pours with a hazy, golden hue into a pint glass for legendary enjoyment.

7. Final Absolution by Dragonmead

This is the ultimate Belgian style. The very high gravity of this beer is balanced by the smoothness of its finish. Banana and Clove aromas come from the Belgian yeast strain combining with the generous dose of Belgian Candi Sugar. The Saaz hops help to give this beer a balanced bitterness with no noticeable hop aroma.

8. Best Brown by Bell's

A smooth, toasty brown ale, Best Brown is a mainstay in our fall lineup. With hints of caramel and cocoa, the malt body has the depth to stand up to cool weather, but does not come across as heavy. This balancing act is aided by the generous use of American hops.

9. Harvest Ale by Founders

Each fall, our brewhouse looks more like a greenhouse as thousands of pounds of wet hop cones arrive within hours of being picked by some of our favorite local hop growers. Acting quickly, we then load up these wet hops into what will become Harvest Ale – an impossibly aromatic and bright IPA bursting with fresh pine, melon and citrus notes. Our ode to the beauty that is the wet, American hop.

10. Stormy Hazy IPA by North Peak Brewing Co.

Take shelter! Stormy - Michigan’s first hazy IPA is back and fiercer than ever! Dry-hopped with over five pounds per barrel of Simcoe, Cascade, Mosaic, Crystal and MI grown Chinook and Centennial hops flood Stormy with sweet citrus and floral aromas. A whirlwind of flavors from tropical fruit notes, such as mango and papaya, to berries and citrus, meld perfectly with its moderate hop bitterness throughout the finish.

It’s a bright yellow beer with effervescent aromatics of fresh malted barley and lager yeast. Local’s Light has soft and subtle flavors of malt that finish crisp and clean making it perfectly balanced for smooth and easy drinkability.

15. MICHIGAN CHERRY by Virtue Cider

Michigan Cherry highlights two of our favorite fruits grown in Southwest Michigan: crisp apples, and juicy cherries. Southwest Michigan is one of the top sour cherry-producing regions in the United States. Our Michigan Cherry blends last year's harvest of Michigan apples from local orchards that is aged in French oak barrels. We then add fresh-pressed juice from Michigan cherries.

17. Jazz Cabbage by Terrapin Beer Co.

19. Double Rice IPA (DRIPA) by Kuhnhenn

Double Rice India Pale Ale. This gold colored West Coast style Double India Pale Ale has an intense hop nose, with aromas mainly of citrus. The high hop character dominates this IPA’s flavor pro-file. Made with American long grain rice, it is quite difficult to make but the rice con-tributes to this beer’s crisp aftertaste.

25. DDH GALAXY-HERO by Revolution Brewing

Galaxy Hero is brewed using a blend of 2-row, Amber and Aromatic malts to achieve a deep golden color and toasted malt character. Apollo and Centennial hops are used in the brewhouse for a clean punch of bitterness and citrus character. Now it is time to discuss the dry-hop step and it’s where things really get interesting! The true meaning of the “Double Dry-Hop” is not taking the normal dry-hop rate of Galaxy Hero up from 1 lb. to 2 lb. per Barrel. Nope. We up the rate to 5 lb. per Barrel to a total of 1,100 lbs. of Galaxy and Centennial adding the 1st half on Day#5 and the 2nd half on Day#6 of fermentation! So it’s really 4 times the amount of hop pellets added on 2 separate days. This massive infusion of hop material imparts distinctive aromas and flavors of tropical fruit, fresh cut herbs and grated citrus zest.
