Made with authentic Bohemian Pilsner malt and Czech Saaz hops, Daytonian Rhapsody is not only a tribute to a great Queen song but also to Gershwin's "Rhapsody in Blue " and of course the great city of Dayton, Ohio.

This schwarzbier, which means Black Lager, has some pleasant roasted notes folloeed by a clean, light finish. AKA: don't be fooled by its dark apeparance! This beer goes down easier than you'd think!!

Our version of this classic German style features a malty, slightly toasty profile with just a hiiint of caramel. We use all four noble hops to balance out the intense maltiness of the style

Non-alcoholic root beer soda made right here at Eudora. Who the heck is Ken? He's a very good friend of ours and the architect for Eudora's first location. He's also very allergic to real beer.

Weizenbocks are essentially a wheat version of a German-style bock! This beer has a medium-full body, toasty caramel malt notes, and fruity, clove-like aromas. Complex yet well-balanced and smooth.

Our late Winter Seasonal. Dark, roasty, bold and boozy. Brewed with blackstrap molasses and a unique blend of roasted malts to create a masterpiece of flavor and complexity.
