RUSTY RED ALE

Bell's Oberon is a wheat ale fermented with Bell's signature house ale yeast, mixing a spicy hop character with mildly fruity aromas. The addition of wheat malt lends a smooth mouthfeel, making it a classic summer beer.

Cherry Bomb is developed with a traditional German Pilsner malt base. We then add Northern Michigan tart Montmorency cherries making it a refreshing beer for the whole year!

The First release in our “New Orthodox” IPA series, M-43 is designed to accentuate the deep and complex character from the combination of Calypso, Amarillo, Citra, and Simcoe hops. Citrus and Tropical notes of Pineapple, Mango, and Grapefruit come through in the huge, yet surprisingly delicate aroma. The flavor backs these aromas with a soft, pillowy mouthfeel.

Hop bitterness is not particularly intense, which leads to a very drinkable, juicy IPA even non-IPA fans love. The Haze is not from yeast, but rather from an interplay of lipids from the malted oat, oils, and acids that naturally occur in the hand-selected Dry hops. This beer is a perfect interplay between top-grade malt and hops, MI water, and brewing technique which cannot be faked.

JK’s Organic Scrumpy is slowly fermented from organic apples and natural yeast. The apples are 100% grown in our Michigan orchards- the same orchards that have been in out family for over 150 years. This cider saved our farm during the Great Depression and now we produce it legally so you can appreciate it too. There will be slight variations from bath to batch, just as nature makes no two apples alike!
