Is it an Ale? Is it a Lager? You be the judge. Brewed in the tradition of Cream Ales with a proprietary blend of Ale and Lager Yeast Strains. Kicked up a notch with some Simcoe Hops. Crisp and Refreshing.

No need to leave the Rock Cut to find a good local Pilsner. This one checks all the boxes. Crisp, Clean, and Delicious. German Pilsner Malt and Noble Hops are all we need to make this beer shine. We don't always make lagers, but when we do, you better believe they are quite tasty. Watch out for Goats.....

What's a "Northeast IPA" you ask? We don't know, we made it up. Call the BJCP on us.... Anyway, expect a big hop nose and fruity notes of melon and citrus. Throw in a slight dank taste on the back end and you have yourself a 'Nee-puh, 'Nee Puh! We do it a little different around here and that's the way we like it.

You don't need an orange in this refreshing ale. Coriander, Sweet Orange and Herbs backed up by a strong Belgian Yeast targets the taste buds like .300 Win Mag.

Don't let the smell fool you!! It might punish your nose, but this West Coast IPA smooths right out going over your palate. Expect big notes of Cannabis on the nose, tastes of Blackberry and Stone Fruit mingled with some Citrus, and a nice subtle Dank finish. This one is for the Hop Heads. You've been warned.
