Little tribute to the traditional Kolsch Style. Expect a little fruitiness in the nose and a clean finish. Like our little Dachshund Piggy, it's just a really good time and fun to have around.

Our Tribute to one of America's Greatest Beers. Rich Malt up front and finishes clean. The perfect beer as the weather begins to warm. Cheers!

- Northeast IPA
- ABV 6.8%
- IBU 22
What's a "Northeast IPA" you ask? We don't know, we made it up. Call the BJCP on us.... Anyway, expect a big hop nose and fruity notes of melon and citrus. Throw in a slight dank taste on the back end and you have yourself a 'Nee-puh, 'Nee Puh! We do it a little different around here and that's the way we like it.

- Irish Red
- ABV 6%
- IBU 26
Our take on the Irish Red style. Expect a strong malt backbone backed up by a hefty dose of Fuggle Hops and a nice subtle roast finish.

- West Coast IPA
- ABV 7%

Did you ever wonder what it would be like if Sasquatch walked through a hop field in the Yakima Valley of Washington State and then stuck his big toe in your mouth? Well strap in......

- Belgian Style Dubbel
- ABV 9%
Winter is here. Let’s warm it up a little. Brewed to be malt forward with notes of plum and dried fruit. Phenolic flavors meld with a slight alcohol warmth.

- Pale Ale
- ABV 5.6%
- IBU 40
- SRM 4
Keeping It Simple Stupid with this one. Just some Hops backed up by a slightly sweet malt back bone. Sometimes just simple tastes better.

- Imperial Stout
- ABV 10%
Just in time for St. Patty's Day. A big, unapologetic 'Merican Imperial Stout. No long-winded tasting notes needed. If you don't know what an Imperial Stout is...the Truly Seltzers are over there.
