Minneapolis: eclectic, cultured, diverse, friendly, and maybe a little passive aggressive. Our house IPA is no different, the Minneapolitan is a blend of different schools of thought on IPAs; Centennial hops with grapefruit and floral notes, moderate bitterness, a balanced malt backbone, lighter bodied, and refreshing.

Black Lager - 5% - 22 IBU
This Schwarzbier or Black beer is a nod to Braunschweiger Mumme. It is a smooth lager with notes of roasted coffee, chocolate, and dark fruit. Despite its appearance, it is light bodied and smooth.

Belgian IPA - 6% - 35 IBU
A New England twist with classic Belgian flavor: Bright orange and herbal character in a Belgian Witbier but derived entirely from Azaaca, Cashmere and Citra hops. Late additions and dry hops in tandem with the aromatic banana and clove notes that are a staple of belgian yeast leave a complex and refreshing beer that is light bodied yet soft. Straw and hazy in color it is great for sipping on a warm, Bruges-ian? summer afternoon.

Coffee Stout - 7.2% - 30 IBU

B.A. Imperial Stout - 12.5% - 50 IBU
This dark, powerful Imperial Stout is as mysterious and intense as a black hole. Barrel-aged over the last year in O’Shaughnessy Keeper’s Heart bourbon barrels, it pours an opaque, pitch-black with a creamy tan head, drawing you in with aromas of roasted malt, dark chocolate, and a touch of vanilla.
