Barrel aged Flander's Red - sour, tart, crisp and refreshing. Brewed March 2024, aged in Buffalo Trace bourbon barrel for about 24 months. Small 2 to 4 oz tasting pours only please!!!

Crisp European style lager, made with lemongrass at flameout, for a crisp citrusy finish! Brewed for the RCB Dirty Santa 2026 event, on 6/5/26.

Intensely flavorful, big, dark ale. Roasty, fruity and boozy. Aged in a Russell's Reserve bourbon barrel for several months.

Belgian Blonde, using the Brewing Classic Style's recipe, and BE-256 dry yeast. Light, malty, with apparent sweetness from the fruity esters of the yeast. Brewed 8/3/2026..
