Our Collab with the homies from Stay Green Brewing. Inspired by their series of “No Coast” hoppy beers, this one’s not quite a true NE pale ale, but also definitely not a west coast Pale ale. It lies in a middle ground area where ideas from both coasts come into play.

Spontaneous ale superfruited with NJ blackberries, with Tahitian vanilla

Spontaneous ale superfruited AmLam with 6lb per gallon of NJ blueberries, with Madagascar Vanilla. Aggressively sour with a fruit wine-like refermentation.

Spontaneously barrel-fermented AmLam, blended with a smoked Saison using hops from our friends at the upcoming Fence Road Brewing, and refermented on white Muscat grapes and yellow NJ peaches. Aggressively sour and smokey.

Apple Cider fresh off the press at Ochs Orchard in Warwick, N.Y., co-fermented with a country seltzer using farmhouse yeast.

1-year-old spontaneous ale fermented in French Oak, refermented on New Jersey blackberries and conditioned on vanilla beans

Wine barrel-aged mixed culture Ambrosia Sour ale. It’s a smokey complex blend featuring pineapple, sour cherries, mango, marshmallow, and vanilla. The beer is comprised of four different beers, each fermented and aged separately, before being blended and conditioned on vanilla.
