On Tap

Thunderweizen Ale

  • ->
  • ABV: 5.6%

Full Flavored Traditional Bavarian Style Wheat Beer. Lightning's Signature Beer.

Biergarten Helles

  • ->
  • ABV: 4.3%

Light Refreshing Lager

Elemental Pilsner

  • ->
  • ABV: 6.2%

Pale, Clean & Smooth with hints of noble hop character. A classic German Lager Bier brewed to Reinheitsgebot standards: German Pilsnermalt, German hop varieties, & Bohemian lager yeast.

Sauerstrom Ale

  • ABV: 3.8%

After a three year hiatus, Lightning's Berliner Weisse returns. It's an ultra-light, slightly tart wheat ale. Refreshing on hot summer days. There's a cool history for this beer - ask us for the story.

Dubbel Negative Ale

  • ABV: 6.4%

Another Lightning first making its debut this summer - Lightning's Dubbel Ale - an iconic Belgian malty golden ale featuring an "ester-y" (slightly tangy) finish characteristic of the style. Barely bitter, hardly hoppy.

Cherry Kolsch (Debuts Wed September 25)

Kolsch that was fermented & aged with fresh cherries in a chardonnay oak barrel for a moderately tart and fruity -- both grape/chardonnay & cherry -- beer.

Dunkel Oktoberfest Ale (Debuts in October)

A dark (Dunkel) Ale made in the German tradition. A relatively light (despite the darker color), highly flavorful, refreshing, malty and wheat-forward beer.

Vintner's Special Ale 2019 (Debuts Mid October)

  • Taster: $2, Half: $4, Full: $7, 1L: $10, 64oz: $16
  • ABV: 7.0%

Pale ale co-fermented with grape juice to give this very special ale characteristics of wine and beer. Clean finish.

British IPA {**Last Keg**}

  • ->
  • ABV: 4.5%

Old School IPA - Bitter & Hoppy without Floral Aroma or Finish of West Coast IPAs. Instead, a clean bitter finish. **Last Keg -- Will Go On Hiatus to Make Room for Seasonal Beers**

Experimental IPA #5

  • ->
  • ABV: 7.0%

Rye & Wheat IPA. More rye than wheat. Dry hopped giving it a strong hoppy finish that is also surprisingly smooth.

Hazy Sky IPA

  • ABV: 6.3%

Lightning's latest creation, a New England ("Hazy") IPA. Hop-forward, not bitter. This may be our highest hopped beer, but only the resinous character (not the bitterness) of the hops has been extracted. This batch has a bit of smokiness (the dang mixer stopped mixing for a little bit).

Double Integral IIPA (Returns 1st Week of Oct)

  • ABV: 9.6%

An Imperial India Pale Ale (Double-I - P - A). Bitter & Hoppy. Malted barley and a bit of malted wheat; dry-hopped with Centennial, Columbus, & Cascade.

Red Fire Ale

  • ABV: 7.8%

Full bodied red. Slightly smokey finish.

Electrostatic Ale

  • ->
  • ABV: 10.6%

Imperial French Farmhouse Ale. Earthy, Spicy, & Slightly Sweet. Some folks taste a bit of citrus. Note that "spicy" isn't jalapeno heat but rather a flavor characteristic along the lines of cloves. Complex, out of the ordinary, and most definitely worth a try!

Jim's Motor Oil Stout - 50W (CO2 & Nitro)

  • ->
  • ABV: 8.5%

Malty, Full-Bodied, Smooth with Coffee & Chocolate Tones.

Craft Soda

Enjoy Jim's homemade Root Beer and Cream Soda. No alcohol. Caffeine-free. Delicious!

Nate's Great Bacon Jerky

If you like Bacon or Jerky, you're gonna love Nate's Bacon Jerky! Locally developed and produced. Savory, moist, and irresistibly delicious. Two flavors: Teriyaki Lime and Sweet Habanero. For clarity, not beer.
