Beautiful wine begins with beautiful fruit. Our winemaker is proud of the fruit he grows, especially his Chardonnay - all 108 Davis clone. When Phil bought the vineyard site in 2007, he faced the decision whether to pull what were then already 27-year-old vines in order to plant a more popular Chardonnay clone. We are glad he kept them. Medium bodied, with a lingering acidity.

This Cranberry Blood Orange sparkling beverage is the perfect blend of bold and classic flavors (and our most popular infusion). This beer will change every time we make it. It is brewed on top of an existing double dry hopped IPA batch to utilize as much of our yeast and wonderful hops as possible. This will be a forever changing and thoughtfully blended Pale Ale. it's a little wacky, but it works!
