Beautiful wine begins with beautiful fruit. Our winemaker is proud of the fruit he grows, especially his Chardonnay - all 108 Davis clone. When Phil bought the vineyard site in 2007, he faced the decision whether to pull what were then already 27-year-old vines in order to plant a more popular Chardonnay clone. We are glad he kept them. Medium bodied, with a lingering acidity.

Ablis's Lemon Ginger is not your run of the mill ginger beer. Zingy lemon juice pairs perfectly with spicy ginger in this refreshingly chill drink. Our favorite way to enjoy? Right after a killer workout.

Maddizzle is named for The Gnome’s daughter Madison which like it’s namesake is a “Crazy Beast“ of a beer! Checking in at over 7.0% ABV this magical nectar of the gods is crazy good! A sunny day quencher, this double dry hopped IPA is all hops and flip flops!

This clean and easy drinking Mexican Lager brewed with malted barley and flaked maize and an upfront fresh lime aroma is the go-to beer for hot summer days, the beach, or a BBQ.

A light bodied, crisp non-traditional Belgian Ale that is definitely not a light beer. It has fruity notes and a hint of coriander in the finish. For the adventurous beer drinker! Don’t let this one sneak up on you at a little over 10% ABV.

An 1188 regular's favorite, this brown ale is malty and flavorful with caramel and chocolate notes. If you enjoy a dark beer Mazelnut takes it a taste step further with the addition of maple and hazelnut. Get it before it's gone!!
