The kindergarten AVB will have you thinking “I'm not a policeman, i'm a princess” But the flavor is going to surprise you. Just like those out of hand kids. You definitely don't want to turn your back on this beer. This German black lager is light on malt, roast, and hops, but comes together to be well balanced flavorful beer.
This kindergarten level beer definitely has a PHD.

Black Oak Instigator isn’t just bold—it’s been hanging out with oak long enough to pick up some smooth, woody charm. This stout is dark, roasty, and a little mischievous, with layers of chocolate, coffee, and a whisper of vanilla from its time spent aging on oak. It’s the beer that says, “One more won’t hurt”—right before convincing you to start a campfire jam session or challenge your buddy to something questionable. Strong enough to stir the pot, smooth enough to get away with it.

Beautiful wine begins with beautiful fruit. Our winemaker is proud of the fruit he grows, especially his Chardonnay - all 108 Davis clone. When Phil bought the vineyard site in 2007, he faced the decision whether to pull what were then already 27-year-old vines in order to plant a more popular Chardonnay clone. We are glad he kept them. Medium bodied, with a lingering acidity.

Ablis's Lemon Ginger is not your run of the mill ginger beer. Zingy lemon juice pairs perfectly with spicy ginger in this refreshingly chill drink. Our favorite way to enjoy? Right after a killer workout.

It's Coors Light

Another favorite place for the owners to grab some down time is Logan Valley. This brew is beer in its simplest form. It’s a bright golden beer with effervescent aromatics of fresh malted barley and lager yeast. It has subtle and soft malt flavors that finish crisp and clean making it perfectly balanced for smooth and easy drinkability.

An 1188 regular's favorite, this brown ale is malty and flavorful with caramel and chocolate notes. If you enjoy a dark beer Mazelnut takes it a taste step further with the addition of maple and hazelnut. Get it before it's gone!!
