A twist on the popular Gose Girl, we’ve added fresh peaches from the Armstrong family, locally grown, on from the Loop Ranch a long side peaches from Kimberly Orchards . This slightly sour, crisp peachy gose is perfectly balanced with soft mouthfeel and dry finish, with subtle tones of himilayen sea salt and fresh ground coriander, an absolute must for the hot early harvest season.

A dark, creamy stout with chocolate and coffee undertones with just the right amount of sweetness. A surprisingly easy drinking beer, but beware, with its 8+% ABV, it is not a session beer, Try one (or two) and see what it instigates for you!

This beer will change every time we make it. It is brewed on top of an existing double dry hopped IPA batch to utilize as much of our yeast and wonderful hops as possible. This will be a forever changing and thoughtfully blended Pale Ale. it's a little wacky, but it works!
