It’s a 50/50 blend of Schöfferhofer Hefeweizen beer and natural carbonated grapefruit flavor for a zesty and fizzy taste experience.

This beer is a collab with our malt providers LINC Malt and Cold Stream Malt. Brewed with Pilsner, Red Russian Wheat, and Spelt malts. Hopped with Dolcita, Elani, and Chinook. Great flavor and easy drinking!

We took our base recipie for Dalton IPA and added an additional 33lbs per barrel of fresh Krush hops from Perrault Hop Farms to give this beer an extra fresh kick and raw hop nectar character.
