It’s a 50/50 blend of Schöfferhofer Hefeweizen beer and natural carbonated grapefruit flavor for a zesty and fizzy taste experience.

Malt, hops, and water brought together to an art form. Unlike other beers,
we use only the first press of the wort, hence ICHIBAN—which means first as well as best in Japanese. Our First Press process, or ichiban shibori method, brews beer to its purest state for the best flavor.

Traditional New England Hazy IPA...With intense fruit flavors and aromas, a soft body, smooth mouthfeel and hazy, just like it's supposed to be.

This beer has a tan, dense head with a crystal-clear amber color and a sweet aroma with a subtle roasted maltiness on the nose. The taste is slightly sweet with notes of roasted nuts and caramel. Lightly hopped, this amber lager goes down smooth.

Our Scotch Ale became a Northwest classic with its inaugural brew in 1995. The long boil in the kettle caramelizes the wort, producing deep-copper tones. Scotch Ale’s signature malt character is crafted for pure enjoyment.

Building on Gusto Crema blend, a medium roasted bean from our friends at Caffé Umbria, we made a smooth, rich cream ale. This beer has roasted flavor, aroma, and color from cold brew coffee. Smooth, rich mouthfeel comes from oats and Munich malt.
