This beer is delightfully easy to drink with cascading aromas of roasted peanuts, dark chocolate and coffee.

It’s a 50/50 blend of Schöfferhofer Hefeweizen beer and natural carbonated grapefruit flavor for a zesty and fizzy taste experience.

Malt, hops, and water brought together to an art form. Unlike other beers, we use only the first press of the wort, hence ICHIBAN—which means first as well as best in Japanese. Our First Press process, or ichiban shibori method, brews beer to its purest state for the best flavor.

At Tröegs, one of our favorite hops is Simcoe. It graces some of our most beloved beers including Nugget Nectar, Nimble Giant, and First Cut. For Scratch #296, we packed our hopback vessel with fresh Yakima-grown, whole-flower Simcoe hops. We taste layers of creamsicle, pine, and mango.

A pre-Prohibition American Lager that's uber light, crisp and refreshing with subtle malt sweetness and a clean, easy finish. Brewed for pure drinkability and those moments when simple feels just right.

Our Scotch Ale became a Northwest classic with its inaugural brew in 1995. The long boil in the kettle caramelizes the wort, producing deep-copper tones. Scotch Ale’s signature malt character is crafted for pure enjoyment.

Endless Orchard's Vibrant Cran-Cucumber is a hard-pressed cider made with Arctic apples from Washington state, featuring notes of cranberry and cucumber, and an 8.4% ABV. It is produced by Okanagan Specialty Fruits and is known for its innovative use of non-browning Arctic apples.

This stout is brewed in the Irish style with five different grains. The dark roasted malts add flavors of coffee and dark chocolate. Don't let the color fool you, this beer is big on malty flavor. There's nothing fishy about this stout!
