Revival Brews

Russian River 110 is hoppy like an IPA, but drinks like a Pilsner. A lower alcohol content and a balanced hop profile makes this beer extremely drinkable. Named for the 110 miles that the Russian River flows from Mendocino County through Sonoma County’s majestic coastal redwoods to the Pacific Ocean!

Developed on our 5-barrel pilot brewery, the beers in this series are a way for RRBC’s brewing team to develop new recipes, try different ingredients, and research brewing process techniques on a smaller scale. It’s also a way for Vinnie to get back to doing the thing that he loves the most–brewing beer!

Previously developed on our 5-barrel pilot brewery and released as RnD #54 Hazy IPA, everyone enjoyed the beer so much, we decided to give it a proper name! Brewed with Brewer’s Gold, a hop variety over 100 years old that had largely faded into obscurity, this beer represents a collaboration between Vinnie and CLS Farms. Together, they revived this classic hop by combining modern growing and kilning techniques with innovative brewing methods.

Crisp and refreshing just like its namesake, Ice Climber is bursting with pine flavor and citrus. It has a tropical fruit aroma with a dry finish and classic bitter notes typical for a West Coast Imperial IPA!

Hold Steady stands on the pillars of nuance and subtlety. In search of complex, malt forward flavors, Hold Steady was our way of creating a robust beer that is medium bodied and approachable with hints of chocolate. Perfect for Colorado’s consistently perplexed weather habits, this flagship Chocolate Rye Scotch Ale is suitable for any season.

An homage to decadent drinks, this milk stout boasts huge flavors of coffee, cinnamon, chocolate, and maple syrup celebrating all the best parts of breakfast. Its smooth and creamy mouthfeel enhances the luxurious richness, making each sip an indulgent experience.

50% wheat malt & 50% Pilsner malt w/ a sizeable whirlpool & the use of a Bavarian yeast strain a Hefeweizen banana character.

Peppermint Mocha Stout is the second release in our #coffeeshopstout series, featuring recreations of some our favorite coffee shop treats. We aged a very small batch of our Mochaccino Stout on peppermint candy canes to create this special seasonal release. The peppermint is a perfect complement to the the mocha character contributed by the milk chocolate, cacao nibs, and Mama Nelly’s coffee. The creaminess from the lactose sugar addition wraps all the flavors together nicely with a bow, producing the perfect Holiday treat, whether you have been naughty or nice :).

The fleeting change of seasons from Fall to Winter in the Tetons inspired this complex and layered cider. Hand pressed blood oranges and lemons add a bright citrus note that fades into a warm blend of ginger, Vietnamese cinnamon and Madagascar vanilla. “It tastes like winter!”
