Recipe: 2-row, flaked corn, Hallertau Mittelfrüh hops

Appearance: Pale straw hue and brilliant clarity

Aroma: Subtle grain and slight floral hop spice

Flavor: Low malt and corn sweetness, slight grainy character, crisp and dry finish, minimal hop bitterness

Mouthfeel: Moderately carbonated, light body

West Coast IPA, brewed with 100% Mosaic hops, offers a crisp balance of grapefruit notes, with a delicious floral aroma. It packs a punch with the IBU's in a tropical range.

Pairing up New Zealand's Motueka hop w/ Citra, we brought together their blend of melon, tropical, & stone fruits & added a dry hop of Columbus to bring those voluptuous flavors to the surface. Sweet on the first sip while finishing dry, this beer brings an understated elegance to the standard IPA.

50% wheat malt & 50% Pilsner malt w/ a sizeable whirlpool & the use of a Bavarian yeast strain a Hefeweizen banana character.
