We took our traditional Czech-style dark lager, 'Morava' and added a pinch of artistic license in the form of a smoked malt addition. The result is a complex lager that shifts from bready, to roasty, to subtle smoke. The finish highlights notes of chocolate and coffee, with a bit of noble spice from Czech-grown Saaz hops.

The prominent hop presence on the nose and palate add a decidedly Pacific Northwest element to this reimagination of a classic European pilsner. Golden and clear, with lemon and apricot aromatics layered against a bready pilsner malt backdrop. Light bodied with medium bitterness.

Introducing our debut use of Paradisi from our friends at New Zealand Freestyle, this hazy IPA is awash with tropical fruit flavor and aroma. Notes of passionfruit, spanish lime, and fresh-squeezed citrus all feature, with a smooth finish of melon and just a hint of herbaceousness. Medium bodied with low bitterness.

Pouring a brilliant, straw-gold color, this modern IPA is replete with aromas of pine, meyer lemon, and dank earth. An intriguing mix of white wine grape, kiwi, and bright minerality accompany the dry and refreshing finish. Light bodied with firm bitterness.

This malt-centric ale boasts a bouquet of floral honey, fresh-baked bread and dried fruit, while eschewing sweetness. Lesser accents of chocolate and pipe tobacco can also be found. English hops contribute a subdued earthy bitterness.

Verdant Fang embodies what we love about contemporary west coast IPAs; it's pale and bright in appearance, the malt profile is lean, and a cool fermentation schedule pushes the hops front and center. New Zealand's Riwaka hop variety is deployed in the whirlpool, as well as the dry-hop, where it's joined by Mosaic, Strata, and Columbus. The hop character swings between dank forest vibes, overripe tropical fruit, and piquant citrus/herbal tones. The finish is dry with a sustained hoppy bite that invites the next sip.

Malt and hops are equally celebrated in this faithful tribute, Pouring a deep copper color, the malt profile is rich with flavors of bread crust, biscuits, and a touch of caramel. East Kent Golding and Fuggle hops offer layered floral aromas and notes of freshly tilled earth that stay through the finish.

Our homage to the time-honored American lager. Premium european pilsner malt and flaked rice enhance the crushable nature of this classic. Patient conditioning in our horizontal lagering tanks produces a brilliantly clear, sparkling appearance. Perfectly light and dry.

The recipe is Apples from local farms — pretty simple. Tieton just finishes this one drier, which brings out more refreshing acid.

Inspired by the layered joy of a mexican hot-chocolate, our decidedly grown-up tribute is aged for a year in tequila barrels. Judicious additions of chiles, habanero peppers, cinnamon, and vanilla yield an immersive flavor experience. The heat is present, but subdued, allowing a fuller expression of both the chiles and habanero peppers. The tequila barrel character becomes more prominent on the finish, well-complemented by subtle vanilla and cinnamon notes.

Our award-winning Imperial Porter spends a full year aging to perfection in first-use bourbon barrels. The result is a harmony of oak and a decadently dark malt profile, punctuated by the extravagance of madagascar vanilla beans. Expressions of sweet chocolate cake, dark fruit, and vanilla wafer play against a backdrop of understated roastiness. Warming bourbon and toasted oak provide balance and depth.

An all-star trio of southern hemisphere hops are boosted to the next level with a whirlpool addition of Phantasm. Made from New Zealand's coveted Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc grapes, Phantasm is rich in thiol-precursors. These precursors are unlocked by a thiolized yeast strain, resulting in potent tropical aromas and flavors. Powerful expressions of guava, passionfruit, lychee, white peach, and citrus are in abundance, complemented with the unique terroir of New Zealand. Nelson Sauvin in the dry hop offers a punchy, diesel dankness that adds even more complexity and contrast. Medium-bodied with a deftly balanced bitterness.

The Ravenna brew team is proud to release this special-edition blended sour; a project years in the making. We selected our favorite candidates from our cellar of oak foeder and wine barrel fermented saisons and sour ales, and blended these components at varying ratios until we achieved our vision of a complex, funky, tart, sour ale. This blend was then re-fermented on mango and blackberry purée. The fruity tartness is thoughtfully balanced, complemented by a layered backdrop of farmhouse funk, oak, and jammy wine barrel character. Midnight Duel pours a lovely shade of ruby, with medium-high carbonation that accentuates the dry finish. We hope you enjoy this unique and painstakingly crafted ale.
