Wet Season: Chinook 2024
  • Ravenna Brewing Co

The brewers at RBC are ardent lovers of the Chinook hop variety, so it is with great pride that we present this fresh-hop West Coast Double IPA. Over 20lbs per barrel of the finest and freshest whole-cone Chinook hops from Roy Farms were deployed in the whirlpool, resulting in an avalanche of dank and tropical goodness that exemplifies the magic of fresh hop season. This potent salvo of wet hops is boosted to the next level by more T-90 Chinook and Mosaic in the dry-hop, as well as cryogenically frozen-fresh 2024 Comet CGX from Crosby Hops. Swirling flavors and aromas of under-ripe pineapple and mango share the stage with bold impressions of citrus zest, cedar, and dank earth. The finish is clean and dry, with a pleasant, lingering bitterness that holds your attention and brings you back for more.
