Haunted Moon
  • Ravenna Brewing Co

Brewed entirely with oak-smoked wheat malt and Polish Lubelski hops, our rendition of this classic Polish light beer only breaks from tradition with the use of our favorite lager yeast. The low alcohol, high carbonation, and wheat make for a light-bodied yet silky smooth mouthfeel. Evolving as the palate adjusts, the smoke subdues and gives way to an increasingly prominent hop profile with floral, herbal, and zesty lemon notes. Light bodied with moderate bitterness.
