Voltova
  • Ravenna Brewing Co.

Featuring Floor-Malted Bohemian Pilsner Malt, Czech-Grown Saaz Hops and a storied Czech Lager Yeast, Voltova reflects our commitment to brewing faithful renditions of classic European lagers. Czech Pale Lagers offer the same noble hop spice aromas found in Czech Pilsners, but with reduced bitterness and alcohol, allowing subtle malt notes of biscuit and lightly toasted bread to share the stage. Available year round, always fresh! Gold- Medal-2022 Washington Beer Awards in Bohemian Pilsner category.

Morava
  • Ravenna Brewing Co.

Our Czech-style black lager (Černé Pivo) balances roasty and toasty malt character with beloved Czech Saaz hops, which provide an herbal and slightly spicy counterpoint. Dark chocolate and bread crust arrive up front, meeting with an almost minty herbal accent. Pouring very dark, with a creamy tan head, Morava is light bodied and dry, with just enough bitterness to keep everything balanced.

Munich Surf Club
  • Ravenna Brewing Co

Hops: Tettnanger, Hallertau Mittelfruh.

German pilsner malts shine in this Munich-style Helles lager, providing rich flavors of freshly-baked bread and lightly toasted biscuit. Delicately hopped with German-grown Tettnanger and Hallertau Mittelfruh, subtle noble spice and floral aromatics provide a pleasant counterpoint, while a restrained bitterness keeps it balanced. Named in tribute to the intrepid surfers of Munich's Eisbach river.

Midnight in Bavaria
  • Ravenna Brewing Co

Smooth and balanced Dunkel lagers are a source of regional pride for the state of Bavaria. Our tribute features rich aromas of toasted bread crusts and noble spice, complemented by a pleasant nutty/chocolate character. The finish reinforces the bready malt nature, while steering clear of cloying with a moderating hop bitterness.

Modular Synth
  • Ravenna Brewing Co

Hops: Citra, Mosaic, Grüngeist.
The classic standby hop combo of Citra and Mosaic is joined by Grüngeist, one of our favorite new(ish) German varieties in this modern West Coast Pale Ale. Bright citrus and stone fruit are complemented by floral undertones and a lingering resinous bitterness. Light bodied, dry, and refreshingly bright.

Paddle Partner
  • Ravenna Brewing Co.

Hops: Simcoe, Amarillo, Mosaic

Huge aromas of grapefruit and lemon verbana dominate the nose, while the palate doubles down with more grapefruit and candied citrus. An assertively pithy and slightly piney bitterness lingers through the dry crisp finish. Light bodied and refreshing.

Radio Edit
  • Ravenna Brewing Co.

Hops: Krush, Mosaic, NZ Cascade
The latest edition of our rotating Hazy Pale Ale features an American classic (Mosaic), a New Zealand grown interpretation of another American classic (NZ Cascade), and a newer American varietal that quickly became a favorite of ours (Krush, formerly known as HBC-586). Green apple hard candy, grapefruit, pear, and lychee are complemented by lemongrass and a pleasantly herbaceous quality. Medium-light bodied with low bitterness.

Power Animal
  • Ravenna Brewing Co.

Hops: Nectaron, Mosaic, Krush.

Nectaron hops are among New Zealand's most desired varieties for good reason; they boast a prominent tropical and sticky/dank/diesel character that commands attention. A dynamic lot of Nectaron from our friends at NZ Hops is joined by Mosaic and Krush. The resulting aromas and flavors are deep and sustained, with impressions of passionfruit, papaya, nectarine, orange and white wine grapes. The bright minerality of New Zealand terroir arrives on the finish, providing contrast and complexity. Medium bodied with medium bitterness.

Outer Atmosphere
  • Ravenna Brewing Co

Hops: Mosaic, Chinook Cryo, Galaxy, Zumo

Aromas of elderflower, lemon zest and berry medley mark the approach of this West Coast double IPA. A light grapefruit, apricot and yuzu element beckons before transitioning towards woody pine resin. Pith on the finish, but light bitterness and a softer mouthfeel hide the higher booziness.

Altered State
  • Ravenna Brewing Co.

Hops: Mosaic, Mosaic Cryo, Nelson Sauvin, Simcoe
A trio of powerhouse hops deliver an audacious aromatic charge, replete with papaya, passionfruit, stone fruit, and an underlying dank, earthy quality. The complexity deepens on the palate, while remaining incredibly sippable for a beer this big. Medium-bodied with moderate bitterness.

Luna 2024
  • Ravenna Brewing Co

Inspired by the layered joy of a mexican hot-chocolate, our decidedly grown-up tribute is aged for a year in tequila barrels. Judicious additions of ancho and guajillo chiles, cinnamon, and four vanilla varieties complement flavors of fudge and lightly roasted coffee. The heat of the chiles is present, but subdued, allowing each facet of this beer to shine.

Power Plant: Citra
  • Ravenna Brewing Co

Hops: Citra, Citra Cryo.
Bursting with aromas of ripe peach, juicy cantaloupe, and dank citrus, this West Coast IPA is a dynamic celebration of the Citra hop variety. Three unique lots of citra were hand-selected to showcase the depth and range of this beloved variety. A simple, lean grain bill lends a light body, while a floral bouquet and subtle notes of fresh pine tips in the background provide a balance to the fruity character. A pleasant pithy bitterness lingers through the dry finish and aftertaste.

Moonlit Flora

Our latest sour highlights the intricacies of our evolving mixed fermentation culture. Our two oak foeders house distinct microbial profiles that continue to develop their own unique qualities. The brew team carefully evaluated both foeders and developed a blend of the two that allows balanced acidity, mellow farmhouse funk, and delicate oak-fermented character to coexist. This release was fruited with cranberries and orange, spurring a secondary fermentation, and resulting in a lovely pale-pink hue. High carbonation levels complement the tart and sour nature as well as the dry and refreshing finish.

The Wishing Fountain (Cara Cara Orange and Raspberry)
  • Ravenna Brewing Co.

A complex blend of foeder fermented ales and wine barrel aged beer was refermented on raspberry and Cara Cara orange puree. The result is bright, tart, and fruit forward, while retaining the nuance of multiple house cultures and wood aging just below the surface. Subtle oak and funk provide balance to the juicy berry and citrus. Pouring a luxurious coral and salmon color that almost glows, with high carbonation that enhances the refreshing acidity.

Cold Plunge - Hop Water
  • Ravenna Brewing Co

Our first and only foray into the world of non-alcoholic beverages is an irresistibly refreshing hop-infused seltzer water. Zero calories, zero alcohol, zero guilt. Pleasantly subtle citrus and floral notes swim over very high carbonation, quenching any thirst. Hydrate or die-drate - it’s time to take the plunge!

  • Ravenna Brewing Co.

Tantalizing aromas of mixed citrus meld with themes of bright berries and tropical fruit. Malted oats and wheat provide a softness to the malt profile. A subtle note of tart melon and juniper comes through on the finish. Medium-bodied with medium bitterness.
