English malt and hops are equally celebrated in this tribute to British strong bitters. Pouring a beautiful copper color, the malt profile is rich with flavors of bread crust, biscuits and caramel. UK East Kent Golding and PNW Willamette hops offer layered floral aromas and herbal notes of black tea that linger through the finish. The heavy bittering balances the rich maltiness, creating the perception of a moderately bitter beer (by American standards).

This Hazy Pale is a guaranteed crowd pleaser with the timeless and iconic hop combo of Citra and Mosaic. It may not be the hottest new innovation, but there’s a good reason everyone’s still listening to (drinking) it. Juicy notes of tangerine, guava, melon, and pear harmonize over a soft, subtle grain bill fortified with oats and spelt. Medium-light bodied with low bitterness.

A complex blend of foeder fermented ales and wine barrel aged beer was refermented on raspberry and Cara Cara orange puree. The result is bright, tart, and fruit forward, while retaining the nuance of multiple house cultures and wood aging just below the surface. Subtle oak and funk provide balance to the juicy berry and citrus. Pouring a luxurious coral and salmon color that almost glows, with high carbonation that enhances the refreshing acidity.

Our first and only foray into the world of non-alcoholic beverages is an irresistibly refreshing hop-infused seltzer water. Zero calories, zero alcohol, zero guilt. Brewed in collaboration with Watershed Pub to celebrate their 12th anniversary, this modern dry-hopped pils is bold and refreshing. Mall-Stalgia was mashed with extra pale pilsner malt, a touch of munich, a dash of carafoam, and mash-hopped with German Tettnanger. It was bittered with Cascade in the kettle, then whirlpooled with Mosaic, Simcoe, and Krush before knocking out onto Simcoe Hyperboost. Fermented with our Czech house lager strain, dry hopped with more Mosaic, Simcoe, and Krush, then lagered ice cold for over a month. The result is loaded with grapefruit, tangerine pith, lemongrass, melon, and stonefruit. Light bodied, dry, and crushable, with an assertive yet balanced bitterness.

Notes of aromatic mango, passionfruit, peach rings, and sweet pineapple are joined by green papaya and a pleasant dank character. Invoking tropical fruit salad, melon hard candies, and citrus gummies, this Double IPA is deceptively easy to drink for its strength. Powerful ripe expressions of mango, passionfruit, cantaloupe, blood orange and ruby grapefruit are abundant. Synesthesia will make you hear its intoxicating aromas and see its flavors in flashes of light. Medium bodied and smooth as velvet, with a balanced medium-low bitterness.

Singularity is, ironically, a blend of two different imperial stouts - one aged for 2 years in a Westland whiskey barrel, and the other aged for 1 year in a Westland whiskey barrel. After aging and blending, Singularity was steeped on cinnamon sticks, nutmeg seeds, green cardamom pods, cloves, allspice berries, and fresh ginger root. This big, rich, full-bodied beer flaunts notes of chocolate, roasted coffee beans, caramel, oak, vanilla, and of course the spiced complexity of chai tea. Cardamom and ginger take center stage among the spices, while every component plays its part in creating a harmonious, singular experience.

The 2025 edition of our Imperial Brown Ale was aged for a year in Westland Whiskey barrels. Select malts from venerated English producers forge a flavor profile that is complex, but focused. Bold impressions of toffee, caramel, chocolate, and marzipan prove to be perfectly matched to the indulgent, whiskey-drenched nature imparted by the wonderful barrels from Westland.

The 2025 edition of our award-winning Imperial Porter spent a full year aging to perfection in first-use Westland whiskey barrels. The result is a harmony of oak and a decadently dark malt profile, punctuated by the extravagance of Madagascar, Sumatra, Uganda, and Nicaragua vanilla beans. Expressions of sweet chocolate cake, dark fruit, and marshmallow play against a backdrop of understated roastiness. Warming bourbon and toasted oak provide balance and depth.
