Our Altbier is brewed exclusively with german base and specialty malts, german-grown hops, and fermented cool with an authentic altbier yeast strain. Inspired by the layered joy of a mexican hot-chocolate, our decidedly grown-up tribute is aged for a year in tequila barrels. Judicious additions of ancho and guajillo chiles, cinnamon, and four vanilla varieties complement flavors of fudge and lightly roasted coffee. The heat of the chiles is present, but subdued, allowing each facet of this beer to shine.

The 2024 edition of our award-winning Imperial Porter spent a full year aging to perfection in first-use Woodinville whiskey barrels.
