Featuring Floor-Malted Bohemian Pilsner malt, Czech-grown Saaz hops, and a storied Czech lager yeast, Voltova reflects our commitment to brewing faithful renditions of classic European Lagers. Czech pale lagers offer the same rich malt and noble hop character found in Czech Pilsners, but with slightly reduced bitterness, alcohol, sweetness, and body. Subtle malt notes of biscuit and lightly toasted bread strike a harmonious balance with the spicy floral Saaz hops, creating a delicately refined lager.

Hops:Hallertau Mittelfruh, Spalter Select. German malt and hops strike a harmonious balance in this regional lager. Aromas of noble spice and a lightly floral bouquet are complemented by a malt character that evokes crackery, fresh-baked bread crust. The bitterness is firm but balanced, leading into a crisp and refreshing finish.

Hops: Citra Cryo, Krush Bright and balanced, with both floral and fruity hop essence on full display in this updated rendition of our West Coast Pilsner. Courtesy of two of Washington’s most sought-after varieties, accents of lemon zest and blossoms mingle with melon and pear. The finish is dry and refreshing with medium bitterness.

Brewed in collaboration with our dear friends at Single Hill Brewing for our annual Pig Roast. What do you get when you cross old-school and new-school West Coast IPA? A Cashmere, Centennial, Simcoe, and Columbus Cryo kaleidoscope of potent proportions. A throwback for the nostalgic that still appeals to modern taste. Tangerine, ruby grapefruit, strawberry, peach, and lemon zest meet assertive resinous pine sap and pleasant floral notes. The full, bready malt character provides a perfect balance for the hops, thanks to our pals at LINC Malt. Medium-light bodied with a pleasantly bold lingering bitterness.

Hops: Mosaic, Nectaron. Tropical and earthy elements combine with a clean, bright bitterness. Look for papaya, green mango, and grapefruit zest-all influenced by southern hemisphere terroir that pairs perfectly with PNW Mosaic. Light-bodied with a dry finish.

Strong aromas and flavors of stone fruit trade punches with an earthy/dank quality and some pine. The finish is bright and dry with a lingering bitterness.

Hops: Nelson Sauvin, Nelson Sauvin CGX New Zealand’s rockstar hop, Nelson Sauvin is the center of attention on this one. We’re just a little obsessed with the complex and intense tropical character it imparts. Waves of kiwi, lychee, pineapple, citrus, white wine, and melon are all here. A low-key dankness completes the picture. Medium-bodied.

Pilsner and spelt combined with oats and a touch of rye form the basis of this complex, yet approachable hazy IPA. Dry hopped with Chinook, Simcoe, and Columbus. Strong aromas of pineapple and mango with hints of melon, plum, and apricot on the palate lead to a bold piney, lemon-zesty finish.

Hops: Riwaka, Nelson Sauvin, Enigma, Galaxy. Powerful and layered tropical fruit trades punches with juicy stonefruit, and a bold dankness. Impressions of passionfruit, guava, mango, and sauvignon blanc grapes create an expansive backdrop, as an intriguing sticky diesel quality plays around the edges. Medium-bodied with a balanced medium-bitterness.

Named in honor of the departure of our beloved, muscular, dark beer loving Lead Brewer, Alex. This American Stout is roasty, moderately dry, and somewhat bitter. Aromas of chocolate and caramel give way to tasting notes of dark roast coffee, bitter cocoa, a hint of tobacco, and a whisper of earthy hops. Medium bodied and very dark brown, with a creamy tan head.

Crafted to emulate a classic scratch margarita, this oak-fermented sour ale underwent a secondary fermentation with Key Lime, Tangerine, and Cara Cara Orange.A touch of sea salt completes the picture.

Big punchy notes of peach rings, watermelon jolly rancher, pear, and kiwi float over a soft and smooth mouthfeel fortified by golden oats and flaked oats. Medium bodied with low bitterness.
