Voltova
  • Ravenna Brewing Co

Featuring Floor-Malted Bohemian Pilsner malt, Czech-grown Saaz hops, and a storied Czech lager yeast, Voltova reflects our commitment to brewing faithful renditions of classic European Lagers. Czech pale lagers offer the same rich malt and noble hop character found in Czech Pilsners, but with slightly reduced bitterness, alcohol, sweetness, and body. Subtle malt notes of biscuit and lightly toasted bread strike a harmonious balance with the spicy floral Saaz hops, creating a delicately refined lager.

Washington Beer Awards Gold Medal winner in the Bohemian Pilsner category.

Haunted Moon
  • Ravenna Brewing Co

Brewed entirely with oak-smoked wheat malt and Polish Lubelski hops, our rendition of this classic Polish light beer only breaks from tradition with the use of our favorite lager yeast. Grodziskie's showcase prominent smoky character, while being smoother and more approachable than the beechwood-smoked Rauchbiers of Germany. The low alcohol, high carbonation, and wheat make for a light-bodied yet silky smooth mouthfeel. Evolving as the palate adjusts, the smoke subdues and gives way to an increasingly prominent hop profile with floral, herbal, and zesty lemon notes. Light bodied with moderate bitterness.

Surfing Terms
  • Ravenna Brewing Co

Hops: Anchovy, Citra, Krush
Two of the most in-demand hops pair with a tried and true classic in our latest hazy IPA. Honeydew melon, nectarine, and papaya in the aroma, while a tropical medley of orange, overripe pineapple, and dank hints of diesel and pine feature on the finish. Medium bodied with a pillowy mouthfeel, and medium bitterness.

Epilogue
  • Ravenna Brewing Co

Hops: East Kent Golding, Fuggle
The smallest member of the British Bitter family, drinkability is crucial in this sessionable pub ale. Baronesse English Pale malt from LINC forms the base of this moderately malty amber beer, while East Kent Goldings and Fuggle hops lend an assertive bitterness and earthy floral notes reminiscent of Earl Grey. Biscuity and slightly toasty, with a touch of caramel, a refreshing herbaceous hoppiness, and a dry bitter finish.

Farewell To Arms
  • Ravenna Brewing Co

Named in honor of the departure of our beloved, muscular, dark beer loving Lead Brewer, Alex. This American Stout is roasty, moderately dry, and somewhat bitter. Aromas of chocolate and caramel give way to tasting notes of dark roast coffee, bitter cocoa, a hint of tobacco, and a whisper of earthy hops. Medium bodied and very dark brown, with a creamy tan head.

Midnight Duel
  • Ravenna Brewing Co.

A complex blend of foeder fermented ales refermented on blackberry and mango puree. The result is bright, tart, and fruit forward, while retaining the nuance of multiple house cultures and wood aging just below the surface. Subtle oak and funk provide balance to the juicy berry and tropical fruit. Flaunting a gorgeous pink blush and almost burgundy color, with high carbonation that enhances the refreshing acidity.
