Czech pale lagers offer the same rich malt and noble hop character found in Czech Pilsners, but with slightly reduced bitterness, alcohol, sweetness, and body. Subtle malt notes of biscuit and lightly toasted bread strike a harmonious balance with the spicy floral Saaz hops, creating a delicately refined lager.

German pilsner malt shines in this Munich-style Helles lager, providing rich flavors of freshly-baked bread and lightly toasted biscuit. Delicately hopped with German-grown Hallertau Mittelfrüh, subtle floral aromatics provide a pleasant counterpoint, while a very restrained bitterness keeps it balanced. Named in tribute to the intrepid surfers of Munich's Eisbach river.

Our Czech-style black lager (Černé Pivo) balances roasty and toasty malt character with beloved Czech Saaz hops, which provide an herbal and slightly spicy counterpoint. Dark chocolate and bread crust arrive up front, meeting with an almost minty herbal accent. Pouring very dark, with a creamy tan head, Morava is light bodied and dry, with just enough bitterness to keep everything balanced.

Bold and juicy notes of strawberry, kiwi, peach gummies, mango, and candied lemon peel take the lead in this deceptively boozy fruit salad. Our series of fruited sours showcase the ever-evolving house culture present in our custom-built oak foeders. As the name implies this sour ale draws influence from Tepache, a popular low-alcohol fermented pineapple drink from Mexico. This sour ale stays true to its Tepache-inspired roots as it is tart, slightly funky, yet exceptionally refreshing. A secondary fermentation on top of juicy pineapple puree at over 20 lbs per barrel provides layers of subtle sweetness and a tangy tropical punch. Finally, organic pineapple chunks with the rind, organic cinnamon sticks, and organic piloncillo (unrefined Mexican cane sugar) were infused to fruitfully celebrate pineapple with a touch of spice and earthiness.

Pouring mahogany with an off-white head, SnowMotion embodies our abiding love of sturdy and sippable winter warmers. The malt profile offers notes of chocolate, dried fruit, rye spice, and just a kiss of smoke. An earthy hop presence provides contrast to the full body. Perfect for nights around the fire.

The 2025 edition of our award-winning Imperial Porter spent a full year aging to perfection in first-use Westland whiskey barrels. The result is a harmony of oak and a decadently dark malt profile, punctuated by the extravagance of Madagascar, Sumatra, Uganda, and Nicaragua vanilla beans. Expressions of sweet chocolate cake, dark fruit, and marshmallow play against a backdrop of understated roastiness. Warming bourbon and toasted oak provide balance and depth.

Inspired by some of the extra pale and dry lagers brewed in Japan, Ishikari humbly attempts to showcase the delicate balance of its style. Brewed with a grist of over 20% jasmine rice, gently hopped with Perle and Tettnang in the kettle, and fermented with our house lager strain, Ishikari is excessively drinkable and can be paired with any food. Light bodied, dry, floral, and just enough bitterness to maintain a crisp balance.

Inspired by the layered joy of a Mexican hot-chocolate, our decidedly grown-up tribute is aged for a year in tequila barrels. Judicious additions of ancho, guajillo, and toasted habanero chiles, cinnamon, and four vanilla varieties (Mexico, Peru, Tanzania, and Comoros) complement flavors of rich fudge and lightly roasted coffee. The heat of the chiles is present, but subdued, allowing each facet of this beer to shine.

The 2025 edition of our Imperial Brown Ale was aged for a year in Westland Whiskey barrels. Select malts from venerated English producers forge a flavor profile that is complex, but focused. Bold impressions of toffee, caramel, chocolate, and marzipan prove to be perfectly matched to the indulgent, whiskey-drenched nature imparted by the wonderful barrels from Westland.

The grapefruit edition of our non-alcoholic hop water is infused with all-natural terpenes isolated from fruit, adding a big punch of grapefruit aroma and a balanced flavor that enhances the citrusy quality of the hops without dominating the palate.
