Czech pale lagers offer the same rich malt and noble hop character found in Czech Pilsners, but with slightly reduced bitterness, alcohol, sweetness, and body. Subtle malt notes of biscuit and lightly toasted bread strike a harmonious balance with the spicy floral Saaz hops, creating a delicately refined lager.

Wet Season: Hallertau (2025)

The Oregon-grown traditional German variety is on full display, bringing an amplified floral bouquet with undertones of herbal spice and fresh-cut grass. A soft crackery malt character supports the background of this decidedly hop-forward lager, while an assertive yet balanced bitterness lingers through the finish.

This snappy little Extra Pale Ale was steeped on hundreds of pounds of fresh, wet, whole-cone Strata hops from Crosby Farms in Oregon. After fermentation it was dry hopped with more Strata, as well as Citra and Simcoe. Bursting with notes of ruby red grapefruit flesh, underripe strawberry, and jasmine flowers, while hints of passionfruit and lime zest quietly sneak in to join the party. Very light bodied, dry, and exceptionally crisp, with a persistent pithy bitterness.

Slightly bready malt provides structure while a pleasant hint of dank earth and fresh cut grass creep in on the finish. Medium-light bodied with assertive bitterness.

A diverse melange of tropical mango, ripe melon, red grapefruit, and strawberry candy are accented by a pleasant floral bouquet. Medium bodied with low bitterness and just a touch of sweetness on the finish.

After fermentation it was dry-hopped with more Krush, Krush Lupomax, and a touch of Citra and Dolcita. Absolutely bursting with the Krush expression we know and love, you’ll find pungent aromas of guava, green papaya, peach, lychee, pear, and a medley of fresh berries. Pleasantly dank green undertones support the ensemble of fruit in this potent fresh-hop IPA. Medium bodied with low bitterness.

The smallest member of the British Bitter family, drinkability is crucial in this sessionable pub ale. Baronesse English Pale malt from LINC forms the base of this moderately malty amber beer, while East Kent Goldings and Fuggle hops lend an assertive bitterness and earthy floral notes reminiscent of Earl Grey. Biscuity and slightly toasty, with a touch of caramel, a refreshing herbaceous hoppiness, and a dry bitter finish.
