Another German/French Pilsner. Brewed with Barbe Rouge hops. A bright a delicate aroma hop that offers ripe red fruit and zesty citrus aromas. - $6.50
Originating in Cologne Germany, features a straw color and uses ale yeast which is "Lagered" to make this a soft clean crisp beer. Hints of pear and apple are present from the yeast. $6.50
Brewed for CollaBeeration 4 this beer was based off of the Cascadian Dark Ale sttyle We used a bit of Rye Malt to give this beer some spice to go along with the West Coast Hops. - $7.50
Delicate malt forward brew. Slight fruitiness. Hopped with Challenger and East Kent Golding. Low hop bitterness and alcohol. Makes for a perfect session beer.
This German Style Sour ale is named after Goose Island which was the "Red Light" District of Tonawanda at the time. It's brewed with Sea Salt, Coriander and Raspberry Pureé. - $7.50
