Our new American Lager pays homage to one of our area's beautiful and popular destinations, Smith Mountain Lake. Smith Mountain Lager is a classic American Lager that is light and easy drinking. It's the perfect beer to enjoy while spending a summer day on the lake!

Flavor Profile: light-bodied and smooth with a crisp finish. We used Pilsner malt and malted corn along with Crystal hops.

Flavor Profile: has a soft and fluffy mouthfeel with notes of clove and banana.

This traditional Hefeweizen has a soft and fluffy mouthfeel, hence the name ("Flauschig Brau" is German for soft and fluffy). It has aromas and tasting notes of clove and banana that balance each other nicely. This is the perfect beer for warmer spring weather!

Marvin The Marzen is a classic German style lager that is brewed to celebrate Oktoberfest every year in the fall. It has a nice crisp malt character and is an easy drinking brew to enjoy with friends. No lederhosen required!

Flavor Profile: a combo of Citra and Mosaic hops, The juicy hop aromas of tangerine and freshly squeezed grapefruit

This large batch was our attempt at throwing as much and as many varieties of oats and wheat into a beer.  The mash was NOT fun…. 67% of the mash bill was a combo of White Wheat, Flaked Wheat, Golden Naked Oats, Flaked Oats, and Blonde Roast Oat Malt.  Whirlpool hopped w/Elani Cryo and Citra Incognito.  Dry hopped heavily with Citra, Krush, and Nelson Sauvin.  The result is a silky soft-bodied IPA with tons of expressive tropical fruit and a hint of gooseberry.

Flavor Profile: Galaxy & Simcoe hopped
Characterized by notes of passionfruit, peach, citrus, and a slight earthy undertone.

Soft malted wheat + 44 pounds of peach puree = stone-fruit bliss. Dry-hopped with Galaxy, Amarillo, Citra & El Dorado for bursts of citrus, tropical candy, and peachy goodness. Smooth. Juicy. Dangerously crushable.

Firm bitterness and a nice hop aroma. Star City Pale Ale blurs the boundary of an IPA. This version of the Star City Series is hopped with Mosaic Hops: offers a unique and complex blend of floral, tropical, fruity, and earthy characteristics.

Sweet Anne's Road is a Southern English style brown ale. Medium bodied with notes of caramel and just a hint of coffee.

Named after Norfolk Southern's fleet of Diesel Workhorses, our "Dash 9 Porter" is a Brown Porter. Very drinkable, with mild roastiness and sweeter caramel notes, but not as mild as a brown ale.

🍻It’s stout season! We brewed this as a sessionable, roasty milk stout (lactose). Then in post-fermentation, we blended in Cholaca, a liquid Cacao). The result is a dark, decadent beer perfect for the season.

Who says you can’t deck the halls before the leaves fall? 🎄☀️ She’s a Beaut brings a little Christmas in September with its rich, creamy body and dark roasty grain profile. Brewed with piloncillo (caramelized cane juice) and bursting with fruity esters, this tropical-inspired stout-turned is both festive and refreshing. At 8.3%, it’s bold enough for holiday cheer but bright enough for late-summer sipping. After all… it’s a beaut, Clark!

Lemonade

-This version of B.O.B was brewed with a grist of German Pils, White Wheat, and a touch of Munich and lightly hopped with Hallertauer Mittelfrüeh for a hint of herbal. For Fall, we lightly spiced it with Ginger Root, Sweet Orange peel, Star Anise, and Grains of Paradise.

We took apples, told them to get their core together, and made a cider that doesn’t mess around. Core Values is crisp, cheeky, and just the right amount of dry—like your favorite sarcastic friend in a bottle.

It’s got backbone (thanks, tart apples), charm (hello, floral whispers), and zero tolerance for artificial nonsense. Because around here, we believe in honesty, good fruit, and always finishing your drink.
