A bavarian style light lager. This is an attempt at a Munchen style helles lager. Light, crisp, with a hint of sweetness. One of my flagships but with a twist. This batch I used a different noble hop, Perle. Similar to Hallertau, this hop is cultivated in Bavaria. This is meant to be a crushable lager perfect for a warm sunny day.
Malt: Pilsner Malt, Munich Light Malt
Hops: Perle
Yeast: SafLager W-34/70

This west coast features a simple & clean malt base while emphasizing the hop flavors. A blend of Mosaic, Simcoe, Idaho 7, Citra, & Magnum hops. Dry with full hop flavors of Pine/Dankness, berry, stone fruit, and bit of citrus.
