A bavarian style light lager. This is an attempt at a Munchen style helles lager. Light, crisp, with a hint of sweetness. One of my flagships. This batch I have updated the hops to align with Hofbrauhaus Original's recipe. This is meant to be a crushable lager perfect for a warm sunny day.
Malt: Pilsner Malt, Munich Light Malt
Hops: Herkules, Perle, Splater Select
Yeast: SafLager W-34/70
Sticking with my new dry bright malt base. Turned out really good last time. So now I'm mixing a familiar hop blend that I have enjoyed in the past witha fun new twist. On paper this should be very clean, juicy, & dry full hop flavors of pine, citrus, & spicy tropical/stone fruits.
Malt: 2 Row, Maris Otter, Dextrose
Hops: Magnum, Amarillo, & Cryo Centennial
Yeast: Safale US-05
