Malt: Pilsner, Munich (Light), & Melanoidin
Hops: Hallertau Mittelfrüh
Yeast: Saflager - German Lager Yeast W-34/70

This west coast IPA features a simple & clean malt base while emphasizing the hop flavors. A blend of Mosaic, Simcoe, Nelson, Citra, & Magnum hops. Dry with full hop flavors of pine/dankness, berry, and bit of citrus. Hoppy IPA for the fest!
