Light lager with American made malts (tiny hint of German malt), traditional German Lager Yeast, and PNW hops. Light, crisp, & sharp, with a hint of sweetness. This is meant to be a bright lager perfect for hanging with a new baby and beyond. Cheers to Baby Juniper!

Birthday batch is a personal favorite. I take everything I've learned over the last year, and make a piney west coast style double IPA. I use a personal favorite mix of malts with hops known for piney, earthy, and dankness. This year I doubled up the dry hop quantities to make this a hop bomb!
Malt: 2 Row, Maris Otter, & Dextrose
Hops: Magnum, Cryo Simcoe, Cryo Mosaic, Cryo Citra, & Idaho 7
Yeast: Safale US-05

A dry bright malt base and expiramental new hop blend. We're trying Amarillo, Centennial, and Citra equally balanced. I've also amped up the dry hop quantity, per recommendations online. On paper this should be very clean & dry with full hop flavors of citrus, tropical fruit, and floral, with a tiny bit of juiciness.
