A Czech style light lager. It's meant to be light & crisp. This lager features tons of bready flavors with a good balance between sweet on the front and a dry finish. Should be great for chilly nights, but light enough for cool sunny afternoons.

Hops: Saaz, Magnum

Birthday batch is a personal favorite. I take everything I've learned over the last year, and make a piney north western/ west coast style double IPA. I use a personal favorite mix of malts with hops known for piney, earthy, and dankness.
Malt: Pilsner, Munich Light, & Dextrose
Hops: Magnum, Cryo Simcoe, Cryo Mosaic, Cryo Citra, & Nelson Sauvin
Yeast: Safale US-05
