- Stout
- ABV 4.9%
- OG 1.047
- FG 1.010
- IBU 35
- SRM 40
This one will take you on a little ride. By being low in alcohol, it's not thick or chewy like a normal stout but you get the roastiness from the stout balanced by a little more hop presence. Recommended movie: The Passenger (2023).

- Octoberfest
- ABV 5.9%
- OG 1.055
- FG 1.010
- IBU 16
- SRM 14
The highlight of this Oktoberfest is the malt backbone created by the Crystal and Munich malts. The higher mash temperature ensures that the beer won't dry out and stay nice and balanced. Perfect for welcoming in Halloween and the holiday season. Recommended movie: Halloween 2 (1981).

- Gose
- ABV 5.3%
- OG 1.045
- FG 1.005
- IBU 10
- SRM 3
First brewed in the 13th century, Gose is typically fermented spontaneously to give it a slight tartness and has a salty characteristic from the original water source. Trying to recreate that, this was fermented with Philly Sour yeast to give it that lemony tartness along with a bit of sea salt. It's an interesting combination but refreshing. Recommended movie: Tusk (2014).

- Saison
- ABV 9.1%
- OG 1.069
- FG 1.000
- IBU 16
- SRM 5
This is a typical Saison brewed with flaked corn and step mashed to help dry out the beer. Motueka hops were used as a late addition and dry hops to give it a bold aroma of lemon, lime, and tropical fruits. The French Saison yeast also give it flavors of apple, pear and cracked pepper for a spicy, dry finish. Recommended movie: X (2022).
