Our harvest seasonal wet-hopped pale ale in collaboration with our friends at Hopsteiner. 40 pounds of fresh & wet whole-cone Alora hops were harvested in the Yakima Valley and flown overnight to us then added straight to the mash tun. Balanced out with kettle and dry hop additions of Alora pellet hops to add the full spectrum of what this amazing hop has to offer. Stadtwald is our traditional German Wheatbier brewed with Malt and Hops imported from Deutschland and yeast cultured from an Old-World Bavarian brewery.
