Lemon Pie is our Cream Ale made with Lemon, Vanilla and Graham Cracker. Originally made as a 1-off for a local Beer Festival, but the response was so overwhelming we couldn't not make it again!

Nectaron is our American Pale Ale brewed with a unique blend of New Zealand Nectaron hops and Yakima's experimental hop YQH-1320 (recently rebranded as Elani). Both hops boast notes of Pineapple and Peach, but citrus dominates with a distinctive tangerine aroma and tropical sweetness. The malt backbone is light and clean allowing the hops to shine through. Our harvest seasonal wet-hopped pale ale in collaboration with our friends at Hopsteiner. 40 pounds of fresh & wet whole-cone Alora hops were harvested in the Yakima Valley and flown overnight to us then added straight to the mash tun. Balanced out with kettle and dry hop additions of Alora pellet hops to add the full spectrum of what this amazing hop has to offer.
