MollyWhop is our seasonal Irish Red Ale brewed as always with authentic ingredients, as is the Urban Forest way. We combined Irish Ale Yeast, Irish Malted Barley from the Malting Company of Ireland, Traditional Hops, and a water profile built up from Reverse Osmosis with precise mineral additions to mimic the waters of Dublin. MollyWhop pours a rich Auburn Red capped in White Foam with big Malty flavors of Biscuit, Toffee and Honey balanced by Earthy and Floral hops, all ending with a clean and crisp medium-dry finish. Nectaron is our American Pale Ale brewed with a unique blend of New Zealand Nectaron hops and Yakima's experimental hop YQH-1320 (recently rebranded as Elani). Both hops boast notes of Pineapple and Peach, but citrus dominates with a distinctive tangerine aroma and tropical sweetness. The malt backbone is light and clean allowing the hops to shine through.
