Urban Forest Craft Brewing

For our 5 Year anniversary we thought we'd do something special and release the biggest IPA we've brewed so far to accompany our usual stout releases. Thus 'Disco Boi' was born! Super juicy and exploding with fruit right off the nose from the ridiculous amount of Citra and Krush hops we used. Brewed without any Caramel or Crytal malts, but instead boiled for an extraordinarily long time to caramelize the barley sugars right in the kettle creating a distinct caramel sweetness and darker hue. Mash hopped and fermented with thiolized yeast to unlock another layer of hoppiness. Cheers to 5 years!

For our 5 Year Anniversary Dino Bones, we bring you this 13.9% Barrel-Aged behemoth. Brewed with 10 different varieties of Malted Barley. So much so that we had to run 2 separate mashes just to coax all the sugar our of the grains. This beer is so big that the final gravity is higher than the starting gravity of nearly every other beer we brew. Decadent Dark Chocolate flavor supported by Toffee, Caramel and Coffee. Big viscous body, and pleasant warmth from being rested for a year in a George Dickel 17yr Reserve Whisky Barrel. No blending, no added adjuncts, flavors or extracts. Just a pure Barrel Aged Stout experience to celebrate our 5th birthday. Thank you for helping us reach it!

Tres Lunas is our Mexican/Vienna Lager brewed with traditional Heritage Malts, but we chose to use New Zealand Motueka Hops to bring a natural Tropical Lime flavor without the addition of any actual Citrus. But don't worry, we won't mind if you put a lime wedge in yours. ¡Salud! *Crafted to Remove Gluten*

Stadtwald is our traditional German Wheatbier brewed with Malt and Hops imported from Deutschland and yeast cultured from an Old-World Bavarian brewery. The nose is exactly what you'd expect in a Hefeweizen: Clove and Banana with hints of bubble gum and pear. Effervescent and refreshing with a dry finish.

Nectaron is our American Pale Ale brewed with a unique blend of New Zealand Nectaron hops and Yakima's experimental hop YQH-1320 (recently rebranded as Elani). Both hops boast notes of Pineapple and Peach, but citrus dominates with a distinctive tangerine aroma and tropical sweetness. The malt backbone is light and clean allowing the hops to shine through. A subtle muted pithy bitterness lingers on the tongue then fades into a crisp finish. Overall a must-try for any hop lover. *Crafted to remove Gluten*
