Piña CoLoco is our 2nd contest collaboration with The Forest City Brewers. This is member Mike Bohn's winning recipe that he was invited to the brewery to help us brew! A light and effervescent Wheat Beer with Toasted Coconut, Raw Coconut, and Pineapple. The Pineapple aroma greets you as you go for that first sip, then it's balanced sweetness up front fading into a subtle yet lingering coconut. Teleport yourself to the Caribbean sip by sip. If you close your eyes you can almost hear the waves lapping against the sand.

Wind It Back is a Retro IPA time machine in a glass Winding It Back to a simpler time of clear and crisp IPA with an actual malt backbone and balanced bitterness. Triple Dry Hopped Hazy and Juicy IPA boasting Thunderous Tropical aromas and flavors including notes of Pineapple, Mango and Citrus with a distinct Dankness from the Sacch Trois yeast and straight Mosaic hops. Kirk & Tugg would be proud!

Stadtwald is our traditional German Wheatbier brewed with Malt and Hops imported from Deutschland and yeast cultured from an Old-World Bavarian brewery. The nose is exactly what you'd expect in a Hefeweizen: Clove and Banana with hints of bubble gum and pear. Effervescent and refreshing with a dry finish.

Brewed with only the finest German malts and Czech hops, fermented slow and cold. Aromas and flavors dark chocolate & roasted barley with hints of Black Cherry. Light bodied with a distinctly high-mineral water profile, and a crisp, semi-dry finish. *Crafted to remove gluten*

Nectaron is our American Pale Ale brewed with a unique blend of New Zealand Nectaron hops and Yakima's experimental hop YQH-1320 (recently rebranded as Elani). Both hops boast notes of Pineapple and Peach, but citrus dominates with a distinctive tangerine aroma and tropical sweetness. The malt backbone is light and clean allowing the hops to shine through.
