Our harvest seasonal wet-hopped pale ale in collaboration with our friends at Hopsteiner. 40 pounds of fresh & wet whole-cone Alora hops were harvested in the Yakima Valley and flown overnight to us then added straight to the mash tun. Balanced out with kettle and dry hop additions of Alora pellet hops to add the full spectrum of what this amazing hop has to offer. Stadtwald is our traditional German Wheatbier brewed with Malt and Hops imported from Deutschland and yeast cultured from an Old-World Bavarian brewery. For our 5 Year anniversary we thought we'd do something special and release the biggest IPA we've brewed so far to accompany our usual stout releases. Thus 'Disco Boi' was born! Super juicy and exploding with fruit right off the nose from the ridiculous amount of Citra and Krush hops we used. Brewed without any Caramel or Crytal malts, but instead boiled for an extraordinarily long time to caramelize the barley sugars right in the kettle creating a distinct caramel sweetness and darker hue. Mash hopped and fermented with thiolized yeast to unlock another layer of hoppiness. Cheers to 5 years!
