Light crushable session NEIPA. Amarillo and Idaho were used in the whirlpool, dry hopped with Galaxy. NRN Quantum added to the brite tank.

Dark Belgian ale with black peppercorns, nutmeg, cinnamon, and allspice.

The idea for this beer came from my love of lagers and Dave's love of dark beer. We pushed the grain bill as much as we could without sacrificing the flavor or crispiness of a good dark lager.

Grain bill: Maris, crystal, Munich and brown malt.
Hops: Hallertau Mittelfruh
Misc: Black Tea and Honey

Malt Bill: Pale, Munich, Biscuit, Spelt, Aromatic
Hops(Boil): Amarillo, Chinook, Idaho 7
Dry Hop: Azacca, Citra, Hall Mitt
