Taplist has always been of and for the independent brewery community. Our first users were homebrewers. The vast majority of our customers craft breweries (though we support bars, cafes, and restaurants equally well!). Almost ten years later, that's still where we feel most at home, and CBC every year feels less like a conference and more like a homecoming. We had our best CBC yet and came away excited to meet many of our customers and partners IRL, as well as see the super reaction to Taplist.io from so many soon-to-be customers!
Thanks to our partners at the Independent Brewers Alliance (members get an exclusive Taplist discount so join them!), for the first time we had a home away from home at the show. The Official CBC Beer Locator (powered by Taplist.io) was back in action for year two, doing its part to ensure thousands of attendees could find the beers they came to try. So many beers, so little time!
We had a great time as sponsors of the IBA Social at Victory Brewing. Cooperation has always been part of our DNA and the IBA's a living example of its power.
And once again, we sat down for dinner with a few of our customers and partners who keep this whole thing moving. Being able to connect in person and hear first-hand the impact Taplist has had on their business was invaluable.
CBC reminded us what we already knew. Independent beer is a community first and a business second, and we're glad we get to be a part. We'll see you all next year in San Antonio!
